I booked the executive room and paid 200 ringgit per night. When i booked the staff didn't inform me anything about the refund policies. So when my husband and i arrived at the hotel, we had to carry our luggages ourselves to the room. The hotel was not busy and the was no door boy on duty. At the reception... More

The hotel looks nice from outside and looks bad from the inside. Rooms r not in good condition, it seems that the management hasn't done any renovation recently. The room smells bad and there're cockroaches in the sofa and other parts of the room. Aircon and bathroom isn't worth the money as well. Lastly, I called the hotel and asked... More

The service is bad. Reception is saying that the room will be check out tdy so that cannot provide water. During check in, ask me to wait for 1/2 hr at late night cuz they couldn't find my booking reference. Breakfast is not included. Room is small and smelly. Toilet doesn't have hand shower and the shower pipe is terrible.... More

Booked this hotel for a short weekend getaway with my family. Price is cheap considering the location at the city centre (walking distance to Putra World Trade Centre or PWTC) and even includes breakfast. Last time I checked in this hotel were 10 years ago. Walked into the lobby, I find that the hotel interior didn't even change, same as... More

We booked this hotel with a great deal (discounted) via trustable website. Our stayed for a night was cool with the view of KLCC & KL Tower through the window. The hotel room is spacious & provided basic amenities. The not so good part is the bed... we was sleeping on it with the spring feel like, not the bed.... More

I was accidentally booked in to the Dynasty Hotel and thought a 3.5 Star rating would mean it would be ok but it was not to be. The hotel is very dated and in desperate need of a major overhaul. I got an upgrade apparently with my room but it was very smelly and mouldy, the shower had mould, the... More

Summary: Do yourself a favour, do not stay here. The lobby looks nice, but your first sign something is wrong is the dishevelled uniforms of the staff (old, worn and handed down between staff members). The old computer system and the lack of co-ordination also add to the confusion. Then you take the lift, nice enough. I was put on... More

I booked this hotel room online for RM120 per night with bad experience. The room is big enough but it is too dark, dirty and smelly as well. I was given a room initially that the lamps doesn't works well, so I requested for a change for second room. Oh.. Not to forget the car park facility, it is free... More
