The place was crowded with rats. During daytime we saw 2-3 rats. When it got dark it was crowded!! They were crawling all over the containers, and it was really at that point where it is an hygenic/health issue. Luckily we got an upgrade to a room istead of a container (thanks). It also has to be mentioned that it is a contruction place next to the hotel, which makes noise. At this time, I would not recommend anyone to book this place. If they fix the rat problem and the contruction finish, I can imagine this is a great place to stay!

Comfortable and clean, friendly and helpful stuff. Restaurants in walking distance, try Mamak, delicious and cheap malaian streetfood. Dont worry about the construction areas around, they are quite at night. Not to compare with the balinese dogs around our home.

Definitely do not recommend. We stayed in the Suite which was supposed to come with complimentary breakfast, but upon arrival, we were told that the Burger Bar restaurant attached to the hotel had been closed for an entire year and the hotel was no longer providing food. Besides this, the lounge in the communal area was also closed for construction. Upon entering our room, we noted that the bathroom floor was still wet, and the hotel floor was not thoroughly cleaned, as we found a small toothpaste tube and an open safety pin on the ground. What if we would have stepped on the pin with our bare feet? Additionally, our room was stocked with only half a toilet paper roll for our two night stay, and in the middle of the night, we had to seek out the storage closet to find a replenishment of toilet paper (the front desk is not staffed 24/7; only during check-in and check-out). Besides this, our sheets were stained and had blood on them, and the towels were thin and dingy. Walls were thin and we could hear all of the street noise outside very clearly. The photos of this property are not what they seem. As cute as the concept is, I definitely would not recommend staying here.

I arrived and the bathroom floor is wet, There's stain in the toilet bowl so I don't know if someone used this room before me. 2 mosquito bites welcomed me And I coughed when I turned on the a.c because of all the dust it accumulated. This is my first 3 minutes here. Horrible. Terrible. There's no chatime just like what was advertised. It looks dead as if no one wants to keep this. The bed linens are alright. but knowing how dirty the entire room is, I don't even want to trust the cleanliness of the bed. This is just so far from expectations.

My husband and I stayed in a concrete room for two nights. In total, every things like hot water in bathroom, room cleaning and the minimalist and industrial design were good, but whenever we came back to hotel we felt a bad smell in front of the main door of hotel which isn’t a good thing for the hotel. Since, we were going out in the early morning and coming back at night it was a grate and budget saving for us.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Within the town area but require some walking...A bit tough during hot weather for old lady like me....LOL. Grab is available and we paid RM7 to Lot 10 Mall, hence it is ok. No kettle in the room but can request from the receptionist during operating hours.

Apart from the friendly solo staff, the stay was inconvenient and noisy from the construction next door which went on until late hours. The door was difficult to lock and I had to scan the card at least 3 times every time I webt in or out of the room which was a hassle. There were ants crawling on my bed as it was located outside. The only plus were the food stalls nearby. It wasn't such a bad place if they had paid more attention to all these little problems which had accumulated and became a big problem. Can definitely do better with the right management team.

Very nice place and easy to go to the KL Town. Quiet and comfortable place to relax/chill without outsourcing. Room is very nice and worth with the price offered. You have to bring some snacks before you check in because in that area, grocery store a bit far from the place.

if you're looking for a place to avoid all the noise and havoc of KL town, this is a very good choice to stay. The booking can be done via their own website, or booking.com or even airbnb. I requested the room which I used to stay there before and the granted me to stay in the same room again after my next visit. If you plan to have a whole day meeting or you just plan to spend the night in KL, this is a very recommended place to stay,

I love the cleanliness of the room as well as the common facilities such as seating chairs and lounge for guests to interact with one another. The clean up of the room was also done nicely and efficiently. Moreover, i was able to order alcoholic beverages from the hotel counter saving time and effort from having to travel to the nearby convenience store to purchase one.
