Everything was excellent location service clean, Only one thing was very bad. There is only small area for smoking outside of the hotel size of 4 x 4‘ and there is at least 10 people at the time there is no place to sit. and relax like any other hotel It is very disrespectful.

Love the hotel for its location within the shopping precinct and as a GHA member, you get member discount rates. As I get a survey for each stay, my comments tend to be what’s been improved and the highlights of each stay. This trip has been spot on with great service from concierge, housekeeping to Collection Club staff - Kasrun, Kai, Putri etc. The Collection Club has been refurbished and looks much classier with local cultural flair infused into modern architecture and design. In embracing the leafy urban theme of the hotel, a new sustainable garden initiative “Urban Farm” is progressing with local produce on the 6th floor. It is so nice to wander around the urban garden patch from soil-less hydroponics to natural soil-based patches to see what is growing, fruiting or sprouting. There are egg plants, cauliflowers, chillies, herbs, leafy salads, pomelos, and much more. Prior to my arrival I ordered designer cakes online for delivery via the hotel and concierge placed cakes in my allocated room. We stayed at the urban suite on level 4 which has ample space with minimal fixtures, and a separate lounge. The king bed has 5 of the fluffiest pillows. The bedroom is quite bare which could do with a single sofa or pouffe and additional power point to do your ironing (rather than in the bathroom). I like the ceiling to floor mirrors in the bedroom and the natural lighting from the windows make it easier to do my make-up and hair close up as I wear glasses. These little thoughtful things matter. The lounge room might be more functional with an additional single sofa or pouffe and strategically-placed electrical power points for electronic device charging. I also bumped into the GM by the lift and trust me he reads the reviews and remembers reading mine from a previous stay. Definitely will be staying here again on the next trip back to Kl, Malaysia.…

I am a frequent traveller with my spouse and have lots of experiences and choices for place of stay. I can consider myself and spouse as discerning travellers all the while. As far as places of stay are concerned, we have experienced a wide range of qualities, spanning from the very disappointing ones to beyond expectations. This stay at Park Royal Collection is beyond expectation and we were very happy to be treated as individuals and given excellent treatments from checking in till checking out. I shall definitely stay there again and recommend to my family and friends

the check in process taking to long and not friendly by the staff. on the lounge the business shutdown hour is 12:00am, even we order the drink 12:00 the staff very strictly not entertain the order even we inhouse guest.

Great hotel. Great location. Can walk to Pavillon, Jalan Alor, and Train. We had a Club access room, thoroughly recommend this, great value.Attentive and friendly staff. Good selection of food for breakfast and evening snacks. In fact we had this for dinner one night. Help yourself to alcohol beverages which is unheard of in Australia where we are from. Beer, wine, sparkling and spirits to pour you self! Amazing. The most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in a hotel. Large size room, very clean. 3 free laundry items per day. Do give this hotel a try.

We stayed two weeks in this property and it was such a good experience. Nice big, clean lobby, beautiful view from the room , breakfst and to the gym. Everything was kept clean and neat. Our booking was done directly with the property and a special thanks should go to Norliza, Mohd Farid at revenueand reservation, Mohd Faizal the front office manager who called us back to help us to emend our booking and chef suresh putting out all those wonderful dishes everyday. This property is newly renovated and this eco chic property got its own vegetable garden. Its situated in a very convenient place where you can walk to the Bukit Bintag the happening shopping area in KL. We stayed from 4th till the 11th and again 17th till the 22nd. A special thanks to the GM for giving us an upgrade to the executive floor and the lounge fecility. The evening happy hour from 5.30 till 6.30 is super nice. The spread both food and drinks are wonderful but if you stay a week you might get board but we are not complaining. Gym and and the cardio area is kept very tidy with techogym equipement. Hope they fix one of the machines very soon. All in all we recommend this property to anyone visiting KL. Value for your money. …

On the morning of 9th September 2023, I had noticed that my room had not been tidied up despite my departure from the hotel between 8:30am and my return at 12:30pm. Following my email, I had the pleasure of meeting three gentlemen who explained the housekeeping policy in detail. As a first-time guest of Parkroyal Collection KL, I must say that I was thoroughly satisfied with the explanation provided. I would like to offer a suggestion for your consideration. It might be beneficial to inform guests, especially those with multi-night stays, about the housekeeping policy upon check-in. This would assist them in making necessary arrangements during their stay. Moving on to the check-out process, I proceeded to the counter at 13:30 on 11th September 2023. Prior to this, I had informed the hotel about my late check-out, and I received acknowledgment from a staff member named Badiu’zzaman via email. While the check-out process itself was seamless, I did encounter a small issue. I requested a receipt, which was promptly printed for me. However, I was a bit surprised that there was no greeting exchanged at that moment. Given the high standard of hospitality associated with a 5-star establishment, I had expected a warmer interaction. Instead, I found myself being the only one to express gratitude for the receipt. I understand that in the service industry, every interaction holds significance. I believe that a consistent level of service across the entire team will enhance the overall guest experience. Despite these minor points, I am genuinely looking forward to the prospect of returning to Parkroyal Collection KL in the future. Great location. We really loved the character of the hotel, but I personally found the hotel is a little dark to my liking and the staff at the reception needs more training. The breakfast was fantastic with variety of food and drinks selection and staff was friendly and helpful. Send our regards to the manager (Taza) and team. We enjoyed our stay here.
