I really enjoyed the strong shower, great air conditioning and central location. TV is a struggle to use but once you get past it the free movies offered are entertaining. WiFi signal in room in strong and the speed is commendable. We didn't try the buffet breakfast because we opted to have local food. Parking is love or hate but... More

though the location is not very convenient but you can access the whole of kuala Lumpur with Monorail as the Chowkit station is almost just at the doorstep. Bukit Bintan is few minutes away, Brick Field (KL Sentral) is half an hour. Hotel is basic with limited room service but quite a big room size, staffs are friendly. Breakfast is... More

This place is not located in a great place but the view from the room is spectacular, great place to click as many selfies with the twin towers in the background. They serve great breakfast and have free wifi.

Please only pick this hotel if you are looking at spending just a night as it is a basic hotel with amenities of common nature. There is no kettle for heating water but a common one in the lobby. The rooms are a little cramped, breakfast spread is limited. It is also very close to the local market area and... More

After having stayed at Cititel Express Ipoh, we decided to book a room in the same chain in Kuala Lumpur. Big mistake and what difference between the two hotels! Staff at the reception was rude, not even a smile. Room was tiny, not well maintained. Three out four lamps were burned and we had to wait the following night to... More

I stayed at Cititel Express during my visit to KL in November. Hotel is clean but staff was not so courteous during check-in. Hotel is very huge with lots of rooms, it was quite hard for us to locate our rooms. The hotel is located in city limits, but not too many food options close by to the hotel. Had... More

It is a basic no frills hotel. When I visited with my family on Oct 5-7th, the room given to us had a view of the local Khalsa (sikh) temple and beautiful view of the twin towers in full lighted glory at night. However the somewhat messy chow kit market below was a dampener. The room's safe deposit locker refused... More

It is a no frills hotel with basic amenities, many of which were not functioning, including TV, flush and safe. Breakfast was frugal. The lobby was stinking. The receptionist who checked us in was cold and unhelpful. In fact, we had to change rooms in the middle of the night with two sleeping children, as the flush was not working.... More
