This is my first stay here after the new management took over. check-in was a breeze and staffs were all very polite and professional and that gives me a great start to my stay. Rooms are newly renovated so the design are pretty up to date. rooms are spacious ! i took the room with window which faces Lot 10 and it gives off the 'vacation in KL' vibes :) toiletries are provided in a big bottle and smells good. shower and toilet are separated thus the space for the toilet is abit small but not much of a problem there. The location of the hotel is a total win. Smack right in the middle of Bukit Bintang,train just across the road,shopping centres all around. Food will never be a problem because right next door there is a shawarma place,mcdonalds across the road etc. tbh i cant find any fault with this hotel hahahha ! definitely coming back to this hotel for every KL trip i make !…
Beautiful & strategic hotel in Bukit Bintang! Room was not too big, but very comfortable. And the interior is 5* for me, starting from lobby till our room. I got room with view directly to Bukit Bintang street, but there was a construction there, not too good :( And also my TV room is on the left, while my bed is front facing. I can't watch from my bed :( The breakfast wasn't worth it, better just book room only without breakkie. It's just an American B'fast inside a luch box, and not good. But the staffs were very helpful. Nice experience! :) So near to go to anywhere just by walk.
This place is a con, it might look nice and all but when you ask for extra water bottle, they tell you RM2 per bottle. We are staying at the highest end WOLO SUITE mind you, they only give you 4 small bottle water, we have small guests so of course we will need more water bottle until we found out we need to pay extra. They do not have any amenities, they do not even have a proper wine bottle opener. They do not have a restaurant or any room service or breakfast provided. Late check out costs RM30 per hour extra. You can literally hear the engine of the ferrari racing down the road. And there are people knocking at our door at 3am in the morning, all in all, i do not recommend this hotel, spend your money else where.
We stayed in WOLO because it such a nice hotel from outside so we decided to give a try and it was a great decision. We stayed in room 707 facing the streets. We like the view so much because we love lights city. The room was really clean. They have cool coffee machines which is Nespresso machines and tea from TWG. The bed was really comfortable too. Near the hotel have a lot of choices of food. Walking distance to MRT, Buses and shopping mall was really near. About 2 mins.
I feel so welcomed. We were warm greeted from the big door & lobby. The modern aesthetic decoration is very instagrams 😆. The room , bed , bathroom , nespresso machine and the view is superb. They also offered ala carte breakfast, but we don’t take it. So many kedai makan & malls. Overall, recommended stay.
Nice new hotel with best location. Check in and check out is fast and smooth. Breakfast delivered to room only cost rm20 per head. Valet parking is availble. Interiors are modern and chic. TWG tea is available. Bed and room size is little small but acceptable. The rate is amazingly attractive i oaid only rm250 per night. However, no pool or restaurants available inside the hotel.
Friends from Sandakan asked me to book for them 3days 2nights. Let's start at the lobby Lobby 13th Dec 5-6pm only one person front office reception. Check-in was.... Long wait. The metal chair is nice to look but for siting is pain in the ass. (Too hard) what if my granny 70yr comes along.. ? Should she be standing or sitting ? Main lobby is a bit too small. The security they're service is very very good, they duty is way beyond what they get paid. Room The room is nice everything seems still in good condition new, booked 3room with windows, 1without windows, but the design layout is ah... really art.. 4 star hotel comes with coffee capsule that's a good part. Location Walking distance to major shopping mall, Lot10, Pavilion, LawYat, Sg Wang, Fahrenheit88. etc...
Hotel is beautiful, with great location however no parking. valet is rm30, otherwise park at lot 10. I think they are short on staffs as we book breakfast at 9-9.30 but until 10am breakfast is not ready yet. Only one receptionist working. Even though they are friendly even the guards are helping unfortunately they can’t even cope with the preorder breakfast time. Room wise is ok, great view, great shower, nice bed.
Decided to stay at WOLO Hotel for my birthday staycation and really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. The layout was very nice & really like the design of the room a lot. The bed was definitely a 👍. I also really like that there was a Nespresso machine in the room. Another thing that I like about the room was that eventhough the room that I stayed was facing the main road, I didn't really hear the noise from the road & that I wasn't able to hear any noise from outside my room. Location wise was also very good as it was near to the MRT station and it was right next to the hotel itself. It was also very convenient as it was near some places that I wanted to check out such as % ΔRΔBICΔ & Dadi Cinema, which was at Pavilion & also Don Don Donki at Lot 10. I also really like that there was a Starbucks Reserve within the hotel area. The only negative issue that I had was with the bathroom. The hot water was a bit difficult to adjust and that the drainage in the shower area wasn't that good especially when using the rain shower as the water would flow outside the shower area to the hand basin area. Overall, would recommend staying here at the hotel.…
----- Honest Review ------- (24-26 Oct Stay - Gold room with Window) **Room and Toilet - Dirty, Disgusting!!!! is even worse than shopping mall toilet ( Please refer to the photo) **Location - Best (walking distance to the shopping mall & Food areas ) **Parking - Need to park at Lot 10 and walk to Hotel - Inconvenient .(RM10 fixed rate) **Breakfast - average - could be improved. ** Management Attitude - Very Very Bad (They don't really care about their guests feedback, Emailed my feedback to Enquiry & Reservation email regarding the cleanliness of my room. Somehow, No response at all. send no one to my room to clean the dirt & toilet, no apology, no action until now? WHY? I wonder if the General Manager & Duty manager are SLEEPING? useless? Which is unacceptable. The 2nd email was sent out and somehow they continue to ignore it. They even ignored AGODA email requests! (The worst hotel experience in my LIFE)! **Amenities - good and nice! ** Coffee & Tea - Best! Hopefully improvement will be made. Otherwise the hotel reputation will be destroyed by the management teams!…
