When I made the reservation I didnt write that I need a room with a proper window and during check in I asked the staff whether I will be getting a double bed or not and he said yes, it's double bed. I took the elevator to my room. To my dismay, I was assigned to a room with a window that offer no view. Am too tired and lazy to request them to assigned me to other room so I just let it be.

This hotel located at the main, as such easily accessible from LRT and bus stop. Also within walking distance to a shopping mall, restaurants and convenience stores. The room itself is clean with usual amenities plus iron and ironing board

We had a one-week travel to Malaysia on 22nd of September 2014. Everything was absolutely perfect. the room was clean. and all the facilities were working fine. Free WiFi in rooms and lobby, was perfectly OK.
the only problem with this hotel is the area, that you cannot stay out late. at nights it gets a little dangerous. but during the day, everything is fine.
it's near the train station (PWTC station), and has a KFC restaurant nearby. generally it was acceptable and higher than my expectation from a 3-star hotel.

Such a bad experience and I will never recommend it. The linen had blood stains on it and the noise level was unbearable. We had motor cycles passing by till 5 the morning. We checked in late that evening and never had time to leave but left early the next morning. Waiting on a full refund from them! This hotel is Not for a family of 5.

August was magical and back to its full Sani vibe. Their customer service is second to none. Cosmopolitan and back to its value. Miro’s music brings in Ibiza and Mikonos to the Greek mainland. No need to travel further. Love it!!

I travel 🚢 with my brother always we r from iran.
this hotel is enough for us. Breakfast is real full.we don't like Malaysian food but we can eat 🍴 our breakfast and test theirs.they r cleaning room everyday.it has safe box.tv.cooler. Good bed.
But they give a double bed 🏨 to us.😐
they are polite.here is good because its near 3 line .
Putra station in red and blue line. Pwtc in lrt(useless for us)and green line chowkit.
If your hotel is near to klcc tower or kl central Station 🚉 it's best but they r expensive.
We r here now. Have a good trip 😊

I was amazed by this 3 star rating hotel. The location is absolutely convenient, very accessible to the Monorail and the Metro station. The Monorail Chow Kit station is ONLY 5 minute walk from the hotel and it will cost 1.60 MYR to get to BB Plaza area (the shopping, entertainment, massage parlor, brothels and other tourist attractions). The Metro stations “PWTC” (from the hotel main door turn right, 1 minute and 12 seconds away) and “Putra” (10 minutes away) are nearby. Hotel staff is rather friendly and speak fluent English. Rooms are clean; TV, FREE WIFI, coffee maker and mini fridge are available. There is a little “ON” and “OFF” switch on every electric plug, that enables or disables the plug. If your coffee maker, hot water heater or the fridge is NOT working, the switch is on the “OFF” position. The windows are double glazed in minimize the noise pollution from the street. There is a little 7-11 store directly opposite the hotel with amazing low prices (i.e. small can of “Tiger” beer is around 6 MYR in most places and it’s ONLY 4MYR here) and an exchange venue offering very competitive rates to the ones near the BB plaza. The KL Petronas twin towers and the KLCC shopping center is at a reasonable walking distance. The infamous Haji Taib prostitution district is ONLY a one block away however I didn’t see any sign of prostitutions there (maybe one or two isolated cases), it’s possible that the city officials have cleaned up the area. The area is certainly gentrifying, new constructions are going up in every corner. I highly recommend this hotel, if you are looking for something clean, great value and accessible to public transportations. I will definitely book here again.

Having stayed in the hotel's superior room for 2 nights. Doesnt feels like staying in a hotel. More like entering your own master bedroom. Room size not very big. Reminds me of staying in one of the Gold 21 hotels somewhere in Geylang District in S'pore. Nevertheless.... still ok and confortable if we are not that kind of fussy lot.

The Service is good, the staff is friendly and really helpful. This hotel was fully renovated and when we stay they just done the renovation 6 months ago. When we check in the reception is really friendly greet us with smile, so many staff pass by the back office i believe they are not a reception team and they from other department, the staff from other department chatting too loud at the counter until i really hard to communicate with the reception when check in process in progress. The staff with black T-Shirt looked at us like they really surprise look at us, because the Black T-shirt staff standing at the counter when we arrive and approach the counter i am expecting that staff is the reception and i told that we wanna check in and the staff point finger to the lady which is still engaged with other staff and we just waiting at the other line beside the reception line and believe that the lady reception will assist us after she finish with the guest come earlier. Before the guest finish there is another guest queue behind the guest come earlier then after the guest finish with their check in process the reception entertain the other guest come later than me, maybe she didn't realize because we queue in the other line.

We need to wait the other guest to finish. Then our turn is coming and the reception realize she said sorry because keep us waiting after she realize actually we come first. I am really disappointed with the start with black T-Shirt because he didn't tell tell reception about us come to check in. Because of that we waiting quite long, Me and my friend was really tired after long flight on that time.

The room was nice all look new reasonable price, it comfort because me and my friend travelling with backpacker mode at that time. The Convenient Store (7 Eleven), Money changer, Laundry, just across the road, Clinic just beside the hotel and the Bank, KFC, Restaurant and 3 train station just walking distance. Its a really strategic location for our convenience. Easy to get Taxi but we always going out with train since it just walking distance.

No Swimming pool, No Gym, room not big just nice, The dinner in the coffee house just ala-carte, Room Service available but i am not really convenience when we order because they didnt deliver with trolley like 5 Star and we need to eat on the working table with oen chair, but we never mnd because we stay in a low star and we just expecting a low star service and facilities
When we check in and check out the bellman really helpful. And we really happy stay here even first impression was not really good.

I stayed there for 2 nights, The rooms , coridor was stinking, so they moved us to another floor which was slightly better. However the air conditioner was not working , At 1 a.m. i got a call from my friend who was also staying in the next door that there are lot of cockroaches and the duty manger was not ready to put them in another room. I joined him at the recption , called back my travel agent in India and then they moved both of us on the higher floor which was better in terms of cleanliness. they started putting insecticide in the reception and breakfast area in the night. The breakfast next day was most ordinary . The floor in the breakfast area was sticky and looks dirty.
