Me and my wife always stayed at the St. Giles Boulevard Kuala Lumpur whenever we are in Malaysia ( we are from the UK ) and this has gone back for many years. Our overall stay approximately round one and half months a year every year. We are actually one of the first guests staying at the hotel when it first re-open after the refurbishment. We have always enjoyed the friendly service before but we are happy to say that this time round we found that all the staff went out of their way to be extra courteous and helpful. Our experience at the Boulevard was a very happy one. The rooms are comfortable and best of all the staff are gracious especially the front desk. I can see that it is well run with a great leader. The Front Office Manager, Mr VATSHYAYANA S, RAJ is always on hand to assist and he shows that he is a great team leader. The overall experience is a great one and we would be coming back to the Boulevard for many more years. …

Good - it’s located at Mid Valley Megamall (MV). It’s a hotel to stay if you don’t intend to leave MV during your stay. Cons - If you drive and if you try and come back into the hotel during the day (especially weekend) it will be extremely difficult to find car park as the hotel has no dedicated car park. It is shared with MV. Breakfast spread is small and when we stayed, food refills were small in amount and had to wait long time for it to be refilled.

Served by Mr Zaifal who was friendly and efficient. Carefully explained the facilities the hotel has. Hotel is clean and bright. Bed is big and comfortable, perhaps pillows can be improved. Maybe softer? Felt abit neck sore after 2 days though. However, pillows could be subjective.

Fast and efficient check in, wonderful greeting from the staff, very welcoming from Mr Zafri. Rooms are clean and comfy, perfect for a good rest after a long day. The location is excellent, so close to the best shopping mall in KL. Definitely will come here again!
