service given by front counter, club level 15 is superb. room is clean and spacious. best thing i like is there is a connecting bridge frm hotel to klcc and i can even go to pavillion via the bridge. a very nice experiebce staying in Impiana klcc

Great hotel with great undercover walkway to Pavilion shopping mall short walk to Petronas Towers excellent staff we had use of the club lounge for breakfast and afternoon canapés and drinks which was excellent

The best hotel thats I stay for holiday , the breakfast was good , We had very Plessers stay , Bellman , Ridzuan ,Syafiq , Azman the best Staff and we when up to the club lounge the breakfast was good, en the vieuw is nice and en excellent clublounge manager Karen and with the staff shidi who take care of guest. In the future we Will defenitely come back again.

Impiana Hotel is a very strategic place to stay, well connected to many shopping areas so it's great 😍. One of the places to stay that you will all be fascinated by the view of KLCC at night and the beautiful sunset at dusk 🌆❤️. We also won't miss the opportunity to get access to the Club Lounge because the buffet is very good and coffee is available all day ☕️🫰🏻. Ms. Karen's service as a manager at the club lounge is also very best, I like her very much 🫰🏻🫰🏻🫰🏻.

Excellent hotel. Great location and the best in staff. The lounge on the 15 floor is great for meeting and work quietly rather than in one’s room. The concierge Syafiq has a great attitude and will help resolve all questions and issues seamlessly. Karen and Mel in the lounge are also very friendly and helpful.

I booked for club room and it is totally worth it. The room comes with breakfast, afternoon teabreak and light dinner. I did not have to trouble myself to look for food as I was a bit packed with exhibition. And at nights it was convenient for me to go to nearby famous area
