Stayed here for 7 days. Its a prime location since its 2 mins walk away from the central market. Also its very well connected to the MTR network. One thing that really ruined the experience for me was no Hot Water in the showers. This is a basic need no matter what hotel you go to.....Admitedly the staff did say it was temporary cause of some issue with the pipes but it started on Dec 1st and today its Dec 15th and theres still no hot water... Overall id say the staff is very friendly and had there been hot water id have rated this a 4/5.

We have come to this hotel 5 or 6 times now. This time we came for 4 nights. Nothing to complain about the room except the lack of space to put the suitcases. The swimming pool is becoming more and more dilapidated, it is time to change the liner. The really negative point is the breakfast (be careful, the photos of the breakfast on agoda and booking are misleading, it is no longer like that at all) 4 basic dishes identical every day, rice, legs, pieces of sausage and scrambled eggs. No fruit. No toaster for sandwich bread. The jam is liquid, the coffee has no taste. It's very disappointing at this level.

This hotel is pretty nice I stayed here again for 4 nights. I love the location. The bed is comfy with a window. The wifi is strong. Staff nice. Can get a cheaper rate direct. The only problem was shower was not hot just coldish warm. The pool was dirty the first day then they got it cleaned and it was nice to swim.

This hotel was an absolute nightmare.my 2 day stay felt like a 2 week drama.

Upon arrival, the check in took forever (at 23.30 after a long 18 hour journey) and I was standing with a heavy backpack waiting. There was no communication to mention that it may take time, so I stood and stood and eventually sat down, it took forever. Once my booking was found I had been asked to confirm that it was a 2 night stay..After confirming, I was given my receipt with the amount due, logically assuming it was the payment for a 2 night stay. .

As I walked to my room with all my luggage, my door lock didn't work so I had to go downstairs to ask them to open my door. Once they said it was fixed, it was not which meant I still had to keep asking them to open the door. Accordingly there was no hot water, and after being understanding I insisted to move rooms. Once I was assigned another room (which was supposed to be an upgraded premium) they walked with me to the room not offering to help with any luggage to carry. The room was no different, and thus, no upgrade.. It was not cleaned properly, had a water leakage in the bathroom and the bed was indented, and the bed base was broken. The shower was atill not hot enough!

Also, the swimming pool was under maintenance which is also something which puts the price of a hotel up.. The pool is a big pull factor for many people, including myself, it should have been mentioned on the website during the booking.

The day of check out, the reception mentioned that the payment I had made was only for one night. She then asked for my receipt, which should be in their system in the first place as I had disposed mine. Alas, after all the bad service and quality of my stay, one would assume that the hotel has some sorr of compensation, but they insisted I pay the outstanding balance.

The manager is involved in the pisitive things, such as booking trips with the company in the same building, and he helped me bargain. But when I checked out, he sat quietly at his table watching, not getting involved with the complaints and question marks.

In summary,

The beds are soft
The customer service was beyond poor
The check in was not in order
The manager was not directly involved with issues
The rooms are not blocked off from sound on the corridor.
The pictures on the website are inaccurate because there are multiple branches. Some pictures are from another branch.

It felt like a 2 week stay at this lonely hotel, when it was only 2 nights. Do nit bother to stay here!

Staff asked for the tourist tax even i had booked my room through an app and im 100% sure they know very well that when you book it through a famous site and pay in advance - guaranteed the tourist tax is included.
Of course they know, and of course most tourists nowadays have prebooked.
So she was trying to get some extra money out of me.
Im pretty sure they do this to most customers.
After i showed her the receite, she asked me to sms it to somebody.
Well, i dont use my own sim card in foreign countries.
Shame on you staff !!!!
This is not acceptable.

At the start of a tour we spent 2 nights in this hotel. The location is great for exploring Kuala Lumpur on foot.
Maybe there are better rooms, as shown in the photos. Ours was small, there was no way to open the suitcase except on the bed, a flashlight was needed to go to the toilet at night. The bathroom was yuck - 2 large towels, thin and stained, as was the bed linen, the breakfast was minimalist and just as tasteless.
The behavior of the Asian hotel guests at the buffet was borderline and unhygienic.

The room is clean and half carpeted. The tv is right in front of the bed and the hotel provided the usual amenities. The room that I stayed face the back lane. Besides 7Eleven, there is Texas Chicken and a new shop selling all kind of thing at the same building

This hotel offers windowless rooms and rooms with windows. Pick the one with windows. There are fas food options like McDonald's and KFC, and a Starbucks down the street, but there was also a local food area near the bank. Many booths were open nearby selling sate and fried rice. Courtesy of the workers was memorable. Enjoy!
