The room is clean and half carpeted. The tv is right in front of the bed and the hotel provided the usual amenities. The room that I stayed face the back lane. Besides 7Eleven, there is Texas Chicken and a new shop selling all kind of thing at the same building
This hotel situated at the main road, with easily accessible from various public transport. A taxi stand is right in front of the hotel. 7 Eleven also in the same building and various food outlets within walking distance.
We were staying there 4 nights,we book through travel agent this hotel, once we checked in we were asked to pay tourism taxes of 200 ringgitts and which we were not informed by the travel agent,we questioned them and pay this amount back, travel agent not agreed,we said we no need any tours from them, since hotel stoped us check into the rooms next day, reception in charge let us know to discuss with the travel agent and get the things clear,we asked what is point to stop us the check in rooms, hotel said travel agent informed them to do so,after two more hours one of their manager came and asked some money and he said they have purchased the tickets for the tours and we have to get the tours from them,it is horrible and unfair, hotel management had no reasons for stop their accomodation since we had paid their money even the tourism taxes for entire booking for four nights,we were realy dissapointed with this hotel managements decision, and it is very unproffesional..very horrible..we lost our money..…
The hotel is located in central market close proximity to China town, LTRs. Rooms and facilities are in average. Don’t have much variety for the breakfast. Even they are telling they have wide range of tv channels there aren’t much. Only one international channel & several local channel. Good if you are seeking for a low price
I’ve stayed here many times in the last few years. Reception is still great and the pool awesome. Unlike previous visits the corridors are showing a lot of wear. Room cleaning was poor. A pillow had a blood stain on the rear side. Left over coffee drinks were tipped down the toilet, not flushed and splashed over the seat. Noise from guests in the corridor in the morning was terrible 4 of the 5 mornings. This used to be cheap, good and right in the middle of access to all over the city. Staying dry walking when it rains. Not good for me anymore.
