Very clean and neat hotel. The rooms are small but ideal for the price. Very professional and friendly service. The reception staff I met were Sourov and Hafiz, both very helpful and courteous. It is 2 minutes walk from Chankat Bukit Bintan (Great party place) and just a few minutes walk to other shopping areas such as Pavillion. I would...

I had a Terrible Experience at this hotel. While I was walking pass the hotel, it looks great. However it was to my greatest regret to ever step into it. The lobby was small and narrow, and the aircon was dripping water hence buckets were seen at the middle of the lobby. Not only that, the Indian staffs did not...

Me and my husband stayed there for 3 nights and we are so satisfied with the services they provided.... The hotel is located at Bukit Bitang, which is one of the famous tourist destination of KL...the hospitality of Mr. Hafiz, Sourav and Himel was beyond our expectation....

Not the first time I stay tis the mesui hotel! Excellent nice place. especially I meet two friendly staff which their name is HIMEL , SOUROV on 24/12/16 ,8.25 pm .They make our day for this special Chrismast night! They greet us v a very charming smile n very friendly attitude. Thanks for warning us v ur smile !

I left my heart in The Mesui Hotel. So far the interior is superb and the hospitality form the staffs are unforgettable .Especially the front desk people are awesome. Mr. Hafiz and Mr. Himel are very cooperative. Moreover Mr. Babu and Mr. Sourav are friendly as well. Highly I recommend this hotel.

we stayed for a week and its so convenient in the middle of Kuala Lumpur. easy for find food, souvenir, and interest places. and also all the frontdesk staff are really good and friendly. esp Hafiz, Babu, Himel and Sourav.tanks for the good service. thanks and cheers!

Stayed here for 5 nights. I have to paid my room upon check in, which is fine with me. No doubt this is a very convenient area to stay in Kuala Lumpur as it is near to the food street, shopping, banking and bars, all within walking distance. In terms of price, cleanliness and service of staff it is excellent. Very neat and clean with simple but standard decoration. Above all the service of all the staffs were unforgettable. I recommend it avobe the hotel soleil.
