This is my second time staying in Signature, and it is the perfect place for an authentic Malaysian experience in style and comfort. There are a mix of amazing restaurants within walking distance including Japanese-Malaysian fusion, 2 dollar chicken rice, mamak, nasi lemak (including vegan options), and even a delicious Spanish tapas place called Marta's kitchen connected to the hotel (try the iberico pork cheeks). There's also a mall within walking distance where you can get any necessities that you might be used to (coming from America, it is a really similar mall with most typical American shops). As an American, you won't be disappointed staying here!
First of all let me just say customer service by the staff was outstanding. All my requests were done in less than 10 mins. They were very polite and warm each time I went to the reception. Now for the rooms. We moved rooms 3 times. Each time due to a problem. First room B-3-19, had zero WiFi connection. How was I going to work right? Second room B-2-19 had slightly better connection but after 3 days, we asked to move again. Third room B-3-7 was the smallest of the 3 rooms and WiFi was much better, but, the power socket at the desk failed and I had to buy my own multi plug. The bed was also smaller and it was creaking badly! Common issues I found in all 3 rooms: 1) the glass door in the shower is not aligned properly and there is an inch gap at the bottom which caused the floor in front of the sink area to get wet. 2) washing machine and dryer did not work 100% but the dryer was the main issue, even when set at high and for 3 hours, clothes still didn't dry. 3) WiFi connection for a TV box was very weak, I couldn't watch any of my shows. I had to use my phone instead. 4) I only asked for the room to be cleaned every 3 days. Housekeeping was very generous with restocking the tissues and toiletries but did an average job with floor cleanliness. There was still dust, hair and dirt after they have cleaned the room, especially the toilet floor. 5) High stool at the dinner table needs replacing as it was creaking badly. The stool in the 3rd room broke when I sat on it, just a few hours after changing rooms. I hope the hotel management takes this review positively and make changes for the better. I would love to revisit this hotel in the near future. Cheers'…
First time returned after MCO was great, hotel fully compliance to SOP. Staff were with mask & temperature were taken. However, situation changed a month later. Staff are without mask especially the staff at the hotel lobby and housekeeping lady. Even with current SOP mask is compulsory, the staff are without mask. Only some of them are seen with mask. Maybe this is not compulsory for hotel? Not too sure. However, as guest, totally felt not safe Probably to them , the guest are wearing mask, so they felt safe, but as a guest totally feel uncomfortable. They are the front line staff which face many customers daily, they are always at high risk! Wearing mask is for their own safety. Previously still seen hanging on neck, now totally no mask at all. Would appreciate the staff to have mask when they are communicating with guest. Housekeeping lady also seen without mask and walk into the room to change the towels, talking without mask. Wearing mask for guest are also not compulsory. Many guest are seen without mask. The lobby door is always opened. Whoever also can walk in. In the lift, notice is pasted saying resident has to collect their delivery at the ground floor, however, we saw the hotel staff brought the delivery guy to send the food to the room. No dustbin is provided at the outside of room floor (near lift) for guest to dispose their rubbish. Only positive point now is the hotel is still coming in the evening to refill the waters or amenities. This is a thoughtful gesture. Temperature still taken at the entrance, if you are driving, and the cone are not there, you will also be able to skip the temperature scanning.…
I recently stayed at Signature Suite in January. The location is great and there are so many restaurants around the area. One of the best Hainan chicken rice restaurant is just around the corner! Also a huge mall located behind that has a grocery store, H&M, juice shops, etc. There is an infinity pool at the top floor which a beautiful view of the Twin Towers and KL Tower. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone visiting KL!
We booked 2 rooms here to accomodate my family of5. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, but since the rooms were facing the busy main highway, noise can be quite a setback at times. Nevertheless, the strategic location gives us ample easiness to maneuver between KL city and Damansara. There are many great places to eat around the hotel too. The best thing is the hotel's reception, which is located at the rooftop and you can admire the view of KL skyline while checking in!
Definitely would recommend staying here if you are visiting Kuala Lumpur -- it was extremely comfortable and felt like a home away from home. The room came with everything I needed including full set of kitchen appliances, 2 large TVs, and a washer/dryer. The staff was warm, attentive, and friendly and even provided a fruit basket to the room. There is a gym and a beautiful rooftop infinity pool that has a pretty fantastic view of the area. The hotel is conveniently located and easy access to downtown via grab or car. There are also malls and restaurants located only a few minute walk away. Could not recommend this place more strongly.
Stayed as a couple. Pros: - easily accessible - the king studio was big. 2 TV's, and a full set of kitchen appliances excluding the stove. - Large pool and gym - There was friendly and accommodating staff at the check-in counter - Designated Carpark spots to look out for. - Nice gesture of chocolate on the bed - Walkable distance to a lot of Korean and Japanese food outlets. Cons: - It is next to a busy highway so request a room away from the highway is you are sensitive to sound. - The pool in the evening can get quite busy with both the hotel and apartment residences sharing it. There were many Korean mums hogging the chairs while watching their kid's swimming which put me off from getting in the pool. - There were no towels provided at the pool although there was a sign saying not to use the room towels. Were we supposed to bring our own towels? - The sink in the room was clogged. - We noticed a burning smell coming from the lamp and quickly switched it off. - The King bed we have was sinking in the middle and the pillows were lumpy. I slept without a pillow.…
If you are visiting mount Kiara and its surrounding, stay here! Walk out from the hotel, you'll find restaurants (especially Japanese ones), convenient shop and of course the shopping mall. Room & facilities are great, love the rooftop swimming pool. Easy access to KL downtown via Grab or self drive. If you are driving, this place is like 10-15 mins from the North South Highway exit. The only thing i dislike (small matter) is the access from the parking lot to the hotel. Lobby/Reception is at top floor and rooms are located below. You need to change the access lift from parking spot to G-floor and then change another lift to your room.
Me &my boyfriend we spent a week in this hotel., it really felt like home. The room was great and super clean. Attentive staff. Location is awesome, near to anything you need...restaurant, shops, gym., etc.,we really enjoyed the swimming pool on the roof ;)
Stay here in a deluxe queen studio room for 7 nights. Very clean and spacious room, complete with a microwave and a washing machine. Location is very good, walking distance to 2 small shopping malls with supermarkets inside, Many foods available nearby.
