This is the first hotel I stayed at after my arrival at the KLIA. Helpful staff who knew my name right away. Fast check in which was perfect as our arrival was late. The room we had was spacious for a family of three, and was clean and fit for purpose. The hotel has a strategic location, being close to the MRT/ LRT station (LRT: Plaza Rakyat ) but I must warn you, the station itself can be a bit confusing. The Chinatown ( Petaling Street) is just a stone throw away and other tourist attractions are also nearby, such as, Central Market. We had no problems finding our preferred eatery in the morning and evening. Overall, we were happy with Hotel Transit and would stay with the hotel again.

Hotel have convenience location as well, 10mins walk to petalling street, 10 mins walk to alor street. Besides have KK mart, seven eleven, pasar mini mart. In the morning on the weekdays u can found nasi lemak seller in front of seven eleven (7rm), really nice taste.

It's a good hotel. The building is newly built. I gave 5 stars because for the price and for the location is very convenient. 10 minutes walk to Jalan Alor. When you get out from the hotel, walk towards the left, just straight only walking until you see Travelodge building and turn left, that's where Jalan Alor is. To reach this hotel, take the MRT to Merdeka station, and exit straight to the front, you will see a big sign Hotel 99, and next to it is Hotel Transit Kuala Lumpur. Just cross the walk way bridge and go down the stairs it's exactly next to the hotel. You can also take LRT to Masjid Jamek station, then from Masjid Jamek to Plaza Rakyat station, just 1 station away. But MRT is more convenient. I'm very particular about any toilets in the world, but this hotel has a very clean one. Totally new place. Our room was exactly facing PNB118, the future 2nd tallest building in the world. The TV has a few channels only but if you bring your laptop, you don't need to watch the TV. But the sound from the TV channel will keep you company if you're alone in the room. There's Elba kettle - a good brand. 2 mugs, 2 mineral water. I'm a happy customer. I'll return back here one day to support this new hotel. Oh and also you can reach Bukit Bintang and pavillion if you like to walk. But I prefer the MRT because it's really hot to walk. This is a genuine review. I stayed therd 3 days 2 nights last week.

Check In : 11th April 2023. Check Out : 12th April 2023. Room : 1301 Location : The hotel is located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. It is highly convenient to stay here. There are some eateries around and just a stone throw away from 3 convenient stores : 7E, 99 and KK. The hotel is within 5 mins walk to masjid Jamek LRT and Hang Tuah LRT. Some of the attractions nearby are Petaling Street, Central Market and even walkable to Bukit Bintang area. The hotel is easily spotted from the main road and the area is quite safe with hustle and bustle of the city. Reception : The recep area is small yet cozy. There are sofas for guests to seat and power plugs provided. The check in process is super seamless. The guy processing my check in was super kind. I asked for a room at the higher floor and I got the HIGHEST floor there is. Thank you. He is also very attentive to our questions. Room : The room is just in the right size. For the price I am paying, I do not expect to get a super large room, but the size just nice. The beds are comfy. The bathroom is spacious and the hot water works well. Amenities are complete and tissues are filled. The towels are fresh and the cleanliness, I will gladly give 9 out of 10. the view is awesome. My room is facing the Bukit Bintang area, which is awesome. Facility : As far as I can see, the hotel is fully equipped. Elevator is fast. The hotel also disable friendly. Satisfaction : 9 out of 10. I will book again on my next work trip to KL.

Decent hotel situated in the middle of the Petaling Street Market, Jalan Alor Food Street and also Pudu Market. Easily walkable to a few shopping malls like KL Pavilion Lot 10, Berjaya Times Square and Lot 10. Opposite to Metro Station and well accessible. Friendly hotel staff. Good WIFI and basic amenities and shower though room a bit smaller. Loads of food options in the surrounding. Great place for a quick transit/visit within KL

I got there around 2:30pm but the reception advised that they'll assign me a better room as the room in my booking is still being made up. The room I got was huge and the basic amenities. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and TV was working. However, the room was not as clean (walking in my shoes felt like there was something sticky on the sole of my shoes) and the towels are stained and very worn out. The WiFi as well was an issue as it was too slow (wouldn't even ping 2MBPS) so the place is not ideal if you're planning to work online while staying. I reported the issue to the reception but was not really dealt with. Other than those last few things, the hotel is ideal for short stays since they're in the China Town area - really great for walking and not so congested.

This is the worst hotel ever, the staff are very rude, the moment we arrived they had a fight with an indian guy both cussing at each other, and on top of that while we were busy in the lounge checking in, they stole one of our bags which was on the ground, we asked multiple times for security cameras, but they kept making up excuses saying the security staff is not here, and will be here by 6pm then again said they'd be there by 6am but never were, thankfully the bag had nothing valuable in it so we just let it go. they also took 200 ringgit during checking in, for insurance and any damage to the room they'd take money from that, and said they'd give it back during checkout. And don't get me started on the hygiene of this place, it is so dirty, the hall carpets look like they haven't been cleaned in years, there are irons in the halls for everyone to use, they are so dirty even a homeless person wouldn't use them, the beds in the room were very dirty and all had stains on it, we asked for clean sheets and they had stains on them again! And another thing they do is look in the room for the tiniest damage to charge you more money, this was the reason the indian guy was fighting with them. TLDR; Not Safe, Rude staff and thieves, very dirty place, and scammers I'd give them 0 if it was possible, please stay away from this place at all costs. This is my advice for both solo and family travelers.
