If you want somewhere central & right in the city center at affordable price then this if for you. But do not expect too much. Room & toilet are clean. Water pressure & temperature for shower is more than good for this price. TV has no watchable channels so I hope you have your laptops/ tablets with you. Wifi connection is okay, no connection issue. Water dispenser is provided on every floor so you get to refill (BYOB).

Comfortable bed but very small rooms.
Water outside in corridor at dispensor.
Deposit will be required but the Indian woman on reception did NOT tell us to keep the deposit receipt safe. SO be aware to keep the paper receipt just in case you get tricked!

Elevator requires electronic card to use for safety.
Near Indian vegetarian restaurants but if you eat animals a
Mc Donald's is nearby.
No smiles or thanks when leaving. Poor customer service in our opinion and especially if you ask the woman in the day shift a question even about the wi fi password. Needs improvement in this area.
Noisy area due to the metro sky train outside windows.

We tried to check-in and before we checked in i asked the lady on the reception kindly if we can see the room before we pay. This is what she respond: "we don't show room, you see this this your room,ok"(she pointed to a commercial picture). We immediately left because this lady was not interested at all in making us feel like we wanted to stay there. She didn't care at all. This is the poorest customer service we experienced in Malaysia.

I can concur with the other good reviews. The one really super standout feature was the shower. God in Heaven! I think it was plumbed to a fire pump by accident. I never saw such a rush of extremely hot water anywhere! I'm talking strong enough volume to wash horses! Absolutely a treat! The other reviews pretty much cover it. It is really well located.

I stayed one night in KL after my return from Bali but the room was just okay. Sheets were dirty and the room had a weird smell but it served its purpose I guess. I just slept in my Adidas jacket fully clothed.

Rooms are very small, actually not recomended for a family. Not so clean. Good price/qualty balance. Located in the city center, walking distance to all the main attractions. Staff is friendly, many local restaurants around. Tip: take care of your backpack in KL, motobiker gang is on the hunt.

We have stayed here on the final night of our holiday and wished that we had booked this place on our arrival as well.

If I remember correctly we paid about 20 euro/room/night and stayed in a recently completed hotel.

I loved the high-tec bits. There is a touch "pad" like a piece of transparent glass with little icons on it outside your door and one on the inside. By touching the signs you can turn the "do not disturb" sign on/off and there is a bell on the outside panel that is disabled when the DND is on.

The room is quite small and as we have opted for the cheaper type it had no windows. It had an individually controllable air-con unit however and a superb little bathroom.
The shower had a rainwater shower head and the whole room and bathroom was well designed with smart use of space and tastefully decorated.
Although we could only talk about decor in the bathroom as the room was simply painted white.

The mattress was new, hard and provided the best sleep I had during our holiday.

The staff was very helpful and cheerful at the same time.

The only downside perhaps is noise, as the walls are just not thick enough but this is exactly the same or worse in other places in Asia, and in a lot of places in Europe too so this shouldn't discourage anyone.

As for food options, there are a few Indian restaurants just around the corner. We have eaten in the same one twice and absolutely loved it!

All in all, if you are not after luxury but a very decent room at a budget price this hotel is for you.

Stayed at this place for a day in KL. This is a very average place, not too spacious. Have tidy washrooms, Clean beds, but no other facilities or convenience, limited place to move around the room.
Felt the price was very expensive for the kind of hotel this is. We found many other places in same area for less price and much better rooms.
