Avoid this hotel at all costs. We stayed there three nights. We had booked 3 rooms for our family members! Cockroach infested. Smelly and soiled sheets. Shower didn't have curtains. Saw rats walking on the window ledge. Noisy neighborhood. Front desk staff couldn't take their eyes off TV serials.. This was our fourth trip to Malaysia from Australia. And made a bad mistake of choosing this hotel. I am thinking about complaining about them to Malaysian Tourist board. I have never had such an awful experience anywhere else that I have traveled, I will visit KL again, nice place but never again this hell hole.

If you're looking for an average-priced place to stay in KL,this inn is good enough. Breakfast is not provided but it is very near to some restaurants. Thought the restaurants are very very pricey. The room service is okay, the staffs are okay. Choose your room wisely as there are ones facing the street which can be a burden to light sleepers cause this part of the city never sleeps! You can also commute to many nearby malls by walking.

Do not demand too much, it's a budget hotel. Overall ok for me, only noisy at night time cause near foods & drinks area (hawker foods). It's a strategic location, walking distance to shopping mall. Near MRT too.

It is noisy and busy location but is close to shopping centers and food areas. The receptionist was not nice and the hotel is dirty. The room furniture is good and minimalist but we had a bad smell room, it was probably some one just had a massage in the room.

A Family Room; 1 Queen Bed & 1 Single Bed, self-contained with shower and toilet. We stayed for a week. Room is clean; provided with one small stool and two small desk, well placed with cups and packets of coffee, tea, sugar, creamer etc. Bathroom is clean. Toiletries such as toilet rolls, shampoo and soap is being provided for. I borrowed the hairdryer from the counter at no additional cost (of coz’ I returned it “undamaged” too). Aircon/Splitunit is working good. Wi-Fi provided. Best location for this inn (located in Jalan Changkrat, Bukit Bintang area). It is just opposite one of the famous food street named Jalan Alor and also very close; walking vicinity (10mins) to many malls such as Pavilion, BB Plaza, etc. and appro. 20mins to other malls such as Midvalley, Berjaya Times Square etc. To add-in, just opposite this inn are lots of massage centers too; gotta love the foot massage (recommended). During my stay, the staff (didn't get the name) Filipino lady, Malaysian Malay guy and Malaysian Chinese guy are much helpful. Seeing I brought my parents along, they even gave me an extra card access to my room; saying in case, I need to go out town and my parents still can stay in room with the electricity and aircon switched on etc. Additional Info: No food was provided by this inn; however it's not a big issue really because literally, just few steps is the availability of food everywhere. This is one place that I will definitely introduce/recommend to my friends & relatives; unless they are looking for gym/spa.

Great hotel if you want to be in the heart of everything without breaking the bank. It's walking distance from everything, such as Low Yat Plaza, Pavilion shopping mall, the food markets, foot massage places, all the amazing restaurants and bars etc. And taxis are very plentiful in the area. Best part for me was that literally 15 seconds (yes, seconds) from the hotel is a 24 hour joint called HM Gani, serving food and the yummy tea tarik. The rooms are clean and functional with working a/c. We got the room for 3 persons, which was a double bed and a single. Very comfy. Bathroom was clean with hot water and good pressure from the taps. If you are looking for a 5* hotel, this is not it. But if you want to have a 5* experience, this is where it can happen. The hotel doesn't have room safes, but rather has security deposit boxes kept at reception. The box can only be opened with 2 keys, one of which you keep. It's very safe and we had no problems. The only niggle was the noise from the live shows. I got pretty used to falling asleep to Hotel California being screamed on a mike. But for being in the heart of things, at a good price, I didn't actually mind. I'd come back here any day!

It's in a very busy and noisy location but, the shopping malls are very near and food are available everywhere. On my third day I got used to the noise, and the staffs are very pleasant and helpful. The only thing is that the family room is a bit small, other than that the room and bath room were clean. And one more thing the area is quite safe day and night. foot message body message are everywhere. If you are on a low budget this is the place for you. Remember as long as the rooms and bathroom are clean you won't have any problem having a good time.

Stayed at this hotel last week. The best things about this hotel is the location. It's in the middle of everything. Foods stall (halal & non halal), convenience shop, pub, bar, shopping mall & monorail station. Everything is within walking distance. The room size is very spacious, 4 of us staying in a room (1 single bed & 1 queen size bed) & its very clean, and most importantly, no beg bugs! Their reception staff, Ms.Eileen is such a nice, friendly & helpful person. Thanks! This hotel also provide basic amenities which is good enough for me (Water boiler, hot shower, iron upon request). The room rate is affordable for a budget traveller like me :). The only drawback is its very noisy until dawn. Well, what do u expect, hotel is in the middle of town? But i can still sleep soundly. haha!! Will definitely book this hotel again whenever i come to KL.
