The staff are friendly and can speak English. They help their guests get around and are very attentive.

Issue: The room they gave me had a faulty toilet door and the water heater does not work properly.

Aside from that, the hotel is good and very accessible. 10/10 would come back and recommend.

A little bit surprised me, it's difficult to get a room during peak season (Christmas Eve) in the central of city, but this hotel only costs RM70+ for a double bed room.
I thought it will be a very budget hotel, but it's not, even coffee, tea and mineral water are prepared for free!
Nice location which only 15mins of driving distance to Mid Valley Megamall and PJ SS2, 5 mins walking distance (maybe shorter) to Kerinchi LRT Station.
Overall, it's clean and comfortable, just the WiFi speed is a little bit laggy and not much choice of food surrounding the hotel.

Paid almost RM 100/room/night and expect to be a little better than budget hotel...

Room was not very spacious as we are 2 person in a room, we can roam freely...

Bathroom also quite small...

But since we had a seminar nearby and with the limited budget we had, we chose to stay here...

Maybe upgrade your services, for that price to be value for money

Staff need to be more attentive and helpful as we are your customer.

Other than, it was an alright stay.

The hotel is strategically located near to the public transport (LRT, buses and so on). Many food outlets nearby. Near to the Midvalley Megamall and KL Gateway mall. The oldest university in Malaysia is also nearby (The University of Malaya). Room was good. If the check in process was smooth, it could be better.

Stayed here during the fasting month. Couldn't find a place to have breakfast nearby. There is coffeeshop just beside it but I guess it is closed because of the fasting month. The room is clean but without windows. There is an LRT station nearby.

I checked in the room(non smoking room) , in July 2018, the room was extremely small but I still managed as I was really tired after work, but the door latch is broken, so the door could not be locked from the inside.
I was transferred to different room in the same floor, but the room is filled with cigarette smoke and smell. The window could not be opened at all, I felt suffocated in that room, when I checked with the front office, the feedback I got was - "you can go back to the previous room (the one without the door latch) because I am sure no one will open the door from outside.....wow!!!! what a customer service....(p/s:- she never mentioned if no more rooms available)

The TV reception is bad, you cannot watch any channel

I had sleepless night as I can hear guest from next door.....I can even hear their flushing the toilet....I can hear their conversation...It was a long and sleepless night

We checked out the next day itself (we booked for 3 nights actually) and stay somewhere else

Already inform them for an early arrival when booking through Agoda website. However, when reach to the hotel, the counter say the room is not ready yet! Need wait the staff to clean first! Worst!
Not recommend for those travelers who will arrive early.

I have stayed for 3 nights. If you don't mind little bit old stain here and there, this is for you. Need to bring your own toothpaste which can also be bought at minimart (behind the building in front of school). Despite all noises (sound of highway, construction, tv, talk and toilet from next room), it's been a long time since I've a good sleep. Suitable for those who don't like feeling 'lonely'. There are many halal restaurants around here and very near to mid valley megamall, about myr5 - myr9 with uber or taxi. Also near to LRT kerinchi.

It is a typical mini business hotel and not for leisure or family stay, just as good for one night stay. Pretty small room without even a cupboard to hang your clothes. Difficult to get food. Hotel does provide breakfast.Only plus factor LRT station at the back of the hotel
