Conveniently located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur city, 1000 Miles (Thousand Miles) is a good starting point for you to explore this city. We are just a few minutes' walk away from many tourist spots such as Masjid Jamek, Merdeka Square, Petaling Street (Chinatown), Central Market, Sultan Abdul Samad Building, KL City Gallery and Sri Mariamman Temple. In terms of public transport, Masjid Jamek LRT station is about 3 - 4 minutes' walk away while Pudu Sentral Bus Terminal is about 5 - 10 minutes' walk away. If you love Indian food, Lebuh Ampang (Little India) is literally behind our building. Or you may just take a 10 minutes' stroll down to Chinatown for Chinese food. For fast food, McDonald's is less than 5 minutes' walk away. We have chosen this building because of the fact that it is at the end of a row of shops which means we have many rooms with windows. We even have an outdoor patio at our penthouse, where you can enjoy the stunning view of the KL Tower. ***Property Policies & Conditions: 1. Check in time: 1530. If you arrive early, you may leave your luggage (FOC) with us but access to rooms will only be granted after 1530hrs. 2. Check out time: 12 noon. 3. A 6% Government Goods and Services Tax (GST) applies on all room rates and products sold here and it will be collected upon your arrival. 4. Toiletries such as toothpaste, toothbrush, comb etc are not provided.

A cute little hotel with very friendly and helpful staff!! Fantastic location; a short walk to some of the famous landmarks of Kuala Lumpur and close to a LRT train station. Many cute coffee shops and great places to eat close by. The rooms were a bit on the small size but clean and comfortable. I like the fact that they have a 24hrs front desk; very handy when you have a very late arrival. They also store luggages for free.

It feels more like a hotel. Value for money on the double room with en suite. Top terrace is nice Staff are lovely Great location as it’s very close to a shop and train station. It’s not out for this world for back packers but it’s deffo worth the money 25/30 minute walk from the towers 20/30 minute grab away from caves(females cover the knees!)

Lovely stay in 1000 miles Kuala Lumpur - perfect central location to the centre and walking distance to most attractions. Room was just what we needed, simple and clean. Staff were really welcoming and helpful with all requests. The only negatives would be that the Wifi was really slow unfortunately and we were in a room next to the main road which was quite noisy. Although, all in all, if we came back to Kuala Lumpur, we would stay here again.

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from the main road as windows are thin

I loved my stay here. It was well located within walking distance to metro station and nearby cafes. Staff was super friendly. Free breakfast was pleasant, and private room clean with running hot water shower (A rare thing to find in many hostels). Free 24/7 coffee and tea was great with a quiet lounge to relax.

Stayed here for 1 night. The price for the room was such a private room was a real bargain.Couldn't recommend higher for people travelling on a budget. Only improvement is the room could have been cleaner. Other than this it was excellent.

A simple and humble hotel, yet 1000 Miles Hotel was beyond our expectations for such a cheap price. The hotel was very clean, they provide us with a simple but nice breakfast every morning, the interior design was nice that we can take a nice picture around the 1st floor and the room, they also have a rooftop where you can see the surrounding area very clearly. Moreover, the staffs were very nice and friendly, even though we're very shy they happily greet us every time and helped us when we need it. The hotel itself was surrounded by a lot of convenience stores and restaurants so it easy for us to grab a quick meal. We only need to walk for about 3 minutes to the nearest Masjid Jamek LRT station. The only downside for my personal preference was the alley around the hotel was pretty scary at night for 2 girls to walk by. Nevertheless, it was the best budget hotel I have ever been!

Great location - walking distance to most places and a couple of great restaurants nearby. We stayed in a private room for five nights (extended our stay). The room was really cosy, modern and clean. The TV is a nice touch and a good shower. The internet worked well throughout. We had a couple of our own drinks on the roof terrace one night (pretty nice view from up there in the evening). Staff were very accommodating. The breakfast is simple but a very nice touch. One of my fave hostels - does the basics very well

We spent 3 nights in this hotel. I had booked the Mini double room with windows. I didn't expect it's that small but we survived. Bed linen, towels and soap including the price and the bathroom was okay. Though water was not hot enough for me to call "hot shower". Our room was on the second floor and it was quite noisy. Location is good near Masjid Jamek station. Points for the staff! Very friendly and helpful service :)

My expectations was quite high being this hostel is number one in Tripadvisor so to say we were disappointed is an understatement. The room was very small. Have a window that is not soundproof so it's like sleeping in the sidewalk. They claim to have cable tv but it only have local channels. I thought something is wrong with their cable so I ask the receptionists and they claimed that Malaysia hotels do not cable so I should be thankful they at least have local channels. (I later learned that other hostels within the same price range have at least Asian Food Channel and 1 more movie channel) The bed though was comfortable. Aircon was working well. The bathroom is adequate. They serve a very simple breakfast of toasts with peanut butter and corn flakes and milk plus instant coffee. Thankful because it's included in the room rate but there is not enough space to sit in to eat. You will have to wait for space and also some guests are hogging the bread toaster (and the area where all the food are) like it is exclusively for their use. In the end we decided to not eat anymore.so as not to ruin the start of our day. Also it was so hot in the lobby because of spoilt AC that you won't feel like eating at all The internet/wifi was so bad it never seems to work. It stressed me out so much because we had to book flight tickets to Penang. That's when we decided to cut our stay there short and transfer somewhere else. Good decision turned out.
