Our hostel is converted from a double story old heritage house which is almost 100 years old. We have 4 queen rooms for 2 pax and also 6 dorms which are able to accommodate up to 34 individuals. Partially our hostel is redeveloped and partially is remaining as it heritage looks.

Cleanliness- 10/10 sparkling clean! Service- 10/10 friendly staff, very attentive! Place ambience 10/10 so artsy! I got there early coz of my day tour, they let my important things in safety along side with my friends valuables. I like that. I felt safe, i get to relax after tiring day (because of day tour). Free water and hot shower are important for me! Highly recommended!

Its a great clean place, beautifully designed.. gives a very high end art gallery type look, thats coz it was designed by an artist. The owner/manager is super knowledgeable, she was the perfect host. I kinda overslept and almost were about to missed my bus, but she literally took me in her car and dropped us to the stop. And I managed to catch the bus on time coz of it. i was shocked and amazed the lengths they went to help. Paperplance hostel genuinely cares about their guests and they will go over and above to make ur experience better. It didnt feel like if was stayin in a hostel, it felt like stayed over at a friend's place. I would be coming here again.

KL is stuffed to the brim with cheap quality accommodation. I chose this as a solo, thinking chat with others etc. spent a bit more for a private room. Bad bad choice. While cute and quirky the place is tiny and can only do so much with what they have. The three private rooms surround the communal bathroom you share with a 6 bed dorm. Lucky me, got to hear all those people showering, toileting and spitting in the sink at all hours of the late night/ early morning. Seriously? Showering at 3am? No sleep my first night of four! Great management allowed me to cancel and move on. For less money, I got a whole apartment with bathroom of course( serviced daily). I spoke to heaps of travellers in the lobby area, waiting for GRABs etc so no loneliness. Be warned! A cheap bed in dorm ,

I really wasn’t sure whether to rate this 3 or 4 stars, but I think the area it’s in, the fact that there is no lift or en-suite a for the private rooms, no bar area or social area and the price, it really had to lose a star. I felt a bit tricked by hostel world, I thought I private room was £15 a night, but when I arrived it was actually £30 a night. The staff were super lovely, carried my luggage and didn’t charge me as much for laundry as I didn’t have enough change. The cats and kittens are super cute however I did not find this hostel social at all, hardly saw anyone. The private dorms have shared shower and toilet facilities, whilst they’re spotless clean, it was annoying having them just outside the room as they can be noisy with people using them. The hostel is

The toilets and the shower is to used with the other peoples but these was also very clean. For breakfast it had coffee, tea and biscuits. The hostel is very near to the ciny centre!
