A "panoramic view of sorts" to the east encompassing both the Petronas Twin Towers and the KL Tower (totally possible to get both of them in one pic) from its rooftop is to me really the best thing about this hotel (which you'll likely agree with me on after seeing the view yourself); the swimming pool at the same place though (a rooftop pool) didn't impress me much since it's only, I would guess, about four feet deep throughout so a pretty shallow pool for adults.

The room was ok although there was no great view from it being a north-facing room (an east-facing room is what you should get if you want a view of the Petronas); in fact, my advice is to not get a north-facing room as you'll see the kind-of-dirty back alleys if you look down below on that side (but I guess you could choose not to look down if you're on that side). What disappointed me most in the room actually is the TV with only Bloomberg for international news (don't know how many guests from ordinary walks of life are interested in financial news, and this is not a hotel full of business executives!). I did see in this hotel though something I had never before seen elsewhere, namely a telephone right beside the toilet seat, I guess for the convenience of receiving calls while in the bathroom, so yes that was a nice "thoughtful gesture" on their part.

The restaurant (on like the second floor) was pretty nice & clean with "fairly great" food items at reasonable prices (at like 10 to 15 ringgits, they're really not too much above the prices at hawker food places & streetside restaurants, but yes it's "a lot more pleasant" to eat here than at those places) although the evening menu was somewhat limited (about twice as many items on the daytime menu).

And as for the outside, it is actually "pretty convenient" around here with two 7-Elevens nearby (one right behind the Hotel & one a short distance to the left after coming out onto the street in front of the Hotel), Maju Junction Mall & Quill City Mall (both with pretty sizeable supermarkets in their basements) at the area of the intersection with Jalan Sultan Ismail just a 5-minute-or-so walk to the right after coming out of the Hotel, and the Chow Kit wet market (under a big roof with fruits & vegetables sold on tables) about a 5-minute walk to the left after coming out of the Hotel; it might also be useful to know that there's a pretty nice laundry place (charging by the weight which is a lot cheaper than charging by the number of items as they do at hotels including this one) just about a 5-minute walk away if you walk down the street along the left side of the Hotel and turn into the second street on the right with the laundry place on your left shortly after (which I believe called Kedai Dobi). But with such great convenience, there is "one downside" when it comes to the vicinity of the Hotel - the presence of some homeless people and some ladies of the night when it gets to after-dark hours.

As for getting around other than by taxi, there are quite a number of buses along the street in front, but if you're like me who relies on the metro in a big city, the most convenient metro station is Medan Tuanku on the monorail Line 8 about a 10-minute walk from the Hotel (a right turn after coming out of the Hotel followed by a left turn at the intersection with Jalan Sultan Ismail, then just straight ahead for a few minutes where you'll see the station right beside Quill City Mall). But actually if you don't mind a half-hour-or-so walking, this hotel is at a "walkable distance" (it was to me) to both the Petronas Towers/KLCC Park to the east (the same way as going to Medan Tuanku Station as mentioned above but just continue walking from there) and Merdeka Square to the south (just keep walking on the street in front of the Hotel after turning right coming out of the Hotel all the way to the end of the street where you'll be at the north end of Merdeka Square).

Kids definitely love the roof top pool and mini gym room. Nice view from roof top level on KL Tower and Twins tower. Overall, hotel staff are polite and helpful. One thing to be cautious are too many street sleepers / beggars along the road side. A bit surprise to see that in KL.

The hotel is quite central to KL, there are two Monorail stations near the hotel about 10 minutes walk. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Petronas tower from the hotel via monorail + walking.

The hotel room was nice had a bit of touch of luxury. We had a room with a great view of the Petronas. The bathrooms were nice, no bath in it. The beds were comfy, you get toiletries and slippers ( no bath robes). I can not comment on the food at the hotel as I did not have any from there. The infinity pool was amazing too, great view of the towers, great picture spots.

The staff are really lovely and helpful, from the receptionist to the other staff. Please note you need to have 100 Ringit deposit for the hotel, which is refunded. Most hotels and hostels in Malaysia do charge this.

My only negative review for this place is having a lack of a decent bar at the roof. For a place which has an amazing infinity pool, you would like to have a drink enjoying that view. The only thing u can get is can of Carlsberg (bleugh) and no other options.

Overall I think it is great place for stay, close to the airport,( our taxi from airport cost 80 Ringit to here), good location, great pool and if not having a good bar for a great view does not bother you: this is the place for you.

The air conditioner remote is old. The air condition is not really cool. There is only 3 light in the room which will be dark at night. Everything is old and has not repaired. No face towel. The room is small. Tbh, this hotel worth 2 stars

Very horrible experience in this hotel. We booked family room for 2 nights, only finding ourselves in middle of below issues:
1. Outlook of room very bad. Water seepage marks all around the windows, discoloured curtains, wooden flooring not in a good condition
2. Cleanliness was highly questionable… loads of dirt underneath the bed, even found empty milk bottle and some lost kids sock.
3. Washroom basin choking all along. Washroom door does not have lock. Mirrors and windows were extremely dirty. Seems like they don’t have concept of using cleaning agents.
4. Pungent smell in the corridors (atleast at level 6 where I was residing)
5. Breakfast was technically buffet but only had watermelon, juice and boiled eggs with white rice with some curry. Justification was that we are giving mini buffet to make price more attractive.
6. Mosquitos in rooms and lobbies.
7. Overall highly unsatisfied with this hotel stay. People should avoid, not worth of 80 sgd per night stay.

The hotel was nice. Checking in at night but the process a bit delay, it’s took me around 30mins to check in not sure what is the problem but the receptionist is very helpful but I couldn’t remember his name. my partner had to wait in the car due to car park around the hotel and luckily found after hours. The room was great with the amazing views but there are used shampoo bottles above the rain shower in bathroom might be the housekeeping didn’t realise it. Thank you.

This was a nice and beautiful hotel in a great location in the city of Kuala Lumpar. Thanks to all the staff in the information desk and Mr Masoom who was the hotel trip guide and Mr Reaz who was the cleaner. Thanks to the kitchen staff too especially the managers. They were working in the restaurant of the hotel, they were very nice, polite and friendly people.
We were so happy with our stay which consisted of a week, they helped us greatly. I appreciate every they done and wish them all the best!

The rooftop pool and gym was a huge disappointment. The swimming pool is too small to even accommodate a family and the gym was the size of a bedroom filled with only two treadmill and two stationary bicycle. Don't even get me started on the rooms! We booked four rooms, three out of the four had problems with the toilet cover. It was just detached and stained with the pee of the previous guest. The sink was stained with some brown substance and even though it was a non- smoking hotel, the rooms reeked of cigarette smell. One of the room even had the bra of the previous guest still hanging at the window which was easily spotted. You might even start to wonder if the housekeeping even cleaned the room after each guest checks out. When all these issues were brought up to the receptionist, all they said was, "we will inform the duty manager". ABSOLUTELY NO ONE FOLLOWED ON UP ON THE MATTER.

Warning: Double check your bill before leaving the hotel. They have a thing of charging you for lost room key even when you return all of the keys upon check out. RM30 each! And don't bother having breakfast there, you are better off eating at the restaurants by the streets.

Never coming here again and never recommending this to anybody.

The staff of the hotel is not a 4 stars staff. Is horrible, they don't have any respect for their clients.

We were a group of 10 persons, that made the reservations form July 2016 for 4 doubles and 1 twin. When we arrived at the hotel they didn't want to give us the room key without paying the hole amount of the rooms. I explained them that we arrived directly from BKK and we do not have their currency and we will pay later after going to the exchange office. They didn't wonted to hear about that and the manager shouted at us that if we do not pay we won't get the rooms. I told them to take a warranty in dollars or euros until we change the money. They didn't wonted. in the end they accepted a credit card to preauthorize. The second day we wanted to pay, and they told us that was not possible, without any explication. We payed at the checkout.

After all those discussions about the check-in, we arrived in the room. Surprise, there were 1 double and 4 twins. We went to the reception to give us 4 double rooms (for couples). The staff was very rude telling us that they don't have any more rooms, they finished them all.???????? How could that been possible - not existing double rooms since July 2016?????? At the end, after we waited in the lobby 20 minutes for the manager finish his lunch, he told us, that if the rooms do not suit us, we can leave the hotel.

Everybody in the hotel was complaining about the staff and the new manager.

So pay attention to this hotel, you have to pay at check-in, even thought is no were specified this think, and the staff is horrible.

Also the water of the pool was not clean at all.
