I was asked to do my 10 days quarantine in this hotel from Mar 24th till Apr 2nd. (Covid period)

My stay was pleasant and of course boring as well.(Don't expect too much during quarantine).

Service was very good (I would like to thank Ms Khalijah and their staffs) for making my stay pleasant and the hotel room is very spacious for the price offered, RM140/day with 3 meals.

Only problem is the hotel is too far to where I am going next and the 1st dinner was extreme late, closed to 9:50pm. They apologized for the late dinner due to high check in rate that day with insufficient staffs.

Overall, it was a good stay and if I do have a chance to come back, will choose this hotel, but hopefully not for quarantine again.

The hotel and rooms are modern. Choosing black as one of the color is nice but when housekeeping do not clean properly, the dust can be very obvious. Need to remove Children’s drawing on the wall. The entrance door has auto closed , but it will take awhile
to fully shut . However , my the other room was alright. The biggest disappointment is the reception during checkin. I stood at the line for awhile before he saw me as he was busy with paperwork. No welcome greetings. This hotel also provide quarantine facilities. Is acceptable but please allocate a section or a floor to house them. It was scattered at 11 floor. Very obvious , a Banquet chair is placed out side the entrance door. Plus area- bed is very comfortable and rain shower water pressure is great.

Checking in was smooth as we checked in around 11.30pm. The night shift gentleman was very polite and clear, his name escapes me. We were a party of 6 and had 3 rooms all which were very clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast in the morning could be improved although there is some variety, it seems quite minimal and not very nice and we did not enjoy it much. Also the location of the hotel is a cab ride away from the main city centre. It is located near an industrial part. There is a Tesco nearby along with a KFC and also Old Town a coffee shop, which might be a good alternative if you like us don't enjoy the breakfast. The day shift manager I believe, Alan, was very very helpful and helped us so much in terms of what to do and where to go and aided us in our travel plans, Alan was also very generous with the water bottles and made sure we were well hydrated. Thanks Alan ;). Alan and his staff also recommended to us to use the Grab app (like uber) rather than the taxis as they have a fixed rate and are much cheaper, they also will book it for you if you do not have access to the internet. I recommend you visit the money exchange beforehand as if you will have to exchange money there are none in walking distance to the hotel and the closest is a cab ride away and most money exchanges open at 10-11am. The gym is not the best, the treadmills work fine and dumbbell weights/machines are available too, but 1 machine was stuck and not working properly when we tried to use it. The infinity pool is great and looks amazing. There is a 7-Eleven on the ground floor open 24 hours also which is great. Overall a great visit, just small details that could be improved upon.

We stayed at the KIP for 1 night to visit the Bantu Caves which is about a 10 min drive. This is a no frills hotel but very adequate for a short stay. Friendly service and so convenient that they include parking in the room rate. Breakfast offering is very much less than adequate.

Car park is spacious inside the building at level 2 with security, room is clean and newly furnished, check in and check out is smooth. Reccomended hotel for one who seek a less crowded area.

Oh, the pool is nice too. We can swim during the day because it is covered, which is nice

We stayed 1 night only and the overall room is spacious. Room has basic amenities, no wardrobe in the room. It's generally clean though there are baby cockroaches spotted in the bathroom. Check-in and out was smooth. There are some restaurants and convenient store nearby. It's okay if you need to stay around the area.
