We were 10min late for checkout which was our fault hence they deducted our deposit money. So we decided to stay until 2pm. But around 1.30pm a cleaner entered our room without even knocking. This is not professional! They were so fast to deduct money from us but can’t even inform their staff that we r inside.

What is good
- Reasonably priced with clean rooms for short stays.
- Complimentary breakfast (simple pre-packed nasi lemak/fried noodles) and all day beverages and bread at the reception area was a pleasant surprise.
- Room safe and hair dryer provided are practical.
- Ample food and convenience shops around.

What is challenging
- Limited public parking spots.
- Walk up 3 storey budget hotel.

Stayed in this hotel a week, room was fine for its price and location was nearby to multiple eateries. The pleasant surprise was the FREE breakfast provided everyday... eventhough it was a simple breakfast, it was still delicious and filling and it was not mentioned in any website, hence the surprise. The daily housekeeping service was also excellent, everyday we received mineral water which we often don't expect in budget hotels such as this. Keep up the good work, and never stop surprising your customers 👍🏼👍🏼

The room is big enough for 2 to stay.
Shower is still acceptable due to the heater pump is not strong enough.
Tower is abit old and looks not so nice to use for those with high cleaness expection. Is time to change it.
Hanger is not provided.
All around with mamak stall, convenient shop, parking is available if reach to hotel before 8:30pm. Or after 10:30pm for weekday.

Overall , the room is still good and comfortable to stay.

Can't say much about this hotel but I guess it's a typical budget hotel kind. There was free wifi, which was good but the channels available on the tv was most sports, which we were not interested in. Room was small but comfy enough, I guess. The toilet was spacious though, about a third the size of the room. It was a non smoking room & they state that they will charge you RM300 if there were traces of smoking in the room. No wardrobe, no hangers.. just hooks to hang your clothes.

There was no phone in the room also, so I had to go down the staircase to request for iron & ironing board because the guy who was doing housekeeping said that I would have to request from the reception if I wanted it when i asked the housekeeping guy for it.
Ouh... there was no elevator also, so it's not really friendly for wheelchair, old folks or whoever who might have trouble climbing staircase. But there was a door behind the reception, not sure if they have rooms behind that door to cater to the group of people above.

All in all, it was a comfortable enough hotel if you intend to just stay in for the night for a day or two.

Stayed there for 2 nights as my friend wedding venue is nearby. Very spacious and value for money, but there have not reserve parking for us. There's a shopping mall (Eon...) nearby. Very convenience. I love the stay :)

Pricing is ok, Mamak and restaurant is nearby. Room not big but can walk around. Able to check in earlier due to room availability. Free wifi, and got few astro channel and movie. Only problem was hard to find parking.

Strategically located near the lrt. Variety of food to choose around that area. Good WiFi speed.

However, there's no parking provided by the hotel.

Would give another star if the price is slightly lower.
