The staff where very friendly and helpful. The suite fantastic for the price. Breakfast was poor and didn’t cater for western tastes we only went twice there in 4 weeks but would of eaten more if they had a better selection. No soundproofing between bed room and next door kitchen. It seems like an older property but for $55 Aus a night for a 1 bedroom suite, you can’t complain! Housekeeping was also very professional. Only 1 stop via monorail to Bukit Bintang and 15 min walk to KLCC. Good location but very busy with cars parked everywhere.

Thank you for such a wonderful stay here, my family of about 18 (including 4 toddlers) came for the Christmas/New year festivities. We were all so happy with the customer service and the operations team, a special thanks to Linda and Azul who were more than happy to assist us with our transfers to the airport. The only improvement I would recommend is for a wider selection at breakfast, the breakfast was traditionally Malay but it would have been nice to have more options for the kids and people with diet restrictions. Can't wait to come back!!!

This is the most comfortable suite apartment ivs stayed before. Hotels are excellent, staff are super friendly and so helpful. Rooms are so cozy..this is the best hotel so far. I surely miss this place. I have no regrets staying here. I give a 5 star for this hotel for their excellent service and hospility. To oasia, you made our trip a memorable one. To linda and komathy, tq for your excellent service, you served us so well and your hospility to us we will never forget. You both reserve reward. Tq so much

The hotel is very clean but the room is small the bed is comfortable we had a problem with the airconditionner so the room was hot, the staff is not helpful but they are ok The location is good near to twin tower to pavillion mall and aquarium KLCC

Great service overall, hospitable and friendly staff. Would recommend for short or long stays, room is always well kept and clean on daily basis. Good place for travellers who prefer more peaceful atmosphere and urban walks during the evening.

Liked: The location was great. They allow us to check in early. I want to praise Khairil at the concierge. He was very accommodating and he helped us book our van from and to the airport, plus our Batu cave and Zoo trip. Thank you! Disliked: We booked 2 rooms, but the staff said they don't have an adjacent or interconnecting room. They gave us 1 floor up to 1501 and 1601. On the day of checked in, I requested a simple gesture for my son's 14th birthday, Adrian promised a complimentary cake, but it did not happen at all ( I did not ask for free, I was willing to pay) Room 1501 was infested with dead cockroaches. Every day we find them in the room. It also has a super lousy sewage smell. I called housekeeping for additional toiletries for a family of 8, (called 3x) but unfortunately, no one came over, luckily I found one on our floor. The rooms need a thorough cleaning, especially the carpets. We've been to other Oasia Hotels in Singapore and this property was below our expectations.…

It is walkable from KLCC, Pavilion, Lot 10 (750m-1km). Clean and nice, spacious apartment, worth the money. Only we wished the toilet paper would have been thicker as it was really thin. But other than that it was all good.
