Stayed here for quarantine for 10 days 16/12/2020-25/12/2020. Made 2 international calls and got charged RM15 per minute. Extremely disappointed with the rate. Does not make sense when normal land line only charges RM2.80 per minute. Please look into your international phone charges , and not cutting peoples throat with it. Thanks!
I stayed there from the 4th to 17th. The room was clean, the wifi was good and stable . However The Food was Really really Bad. Even though we had called and complained . There was no improvement . Same menu rotate . Everyday chicken .... We have paid money for the stay and extremely disappointed with the food. The quality was no where near hotel standard. I am extremely disappointed ...
The positives of this hotel are location and rate. The challenges of this hotel are gloomy hotel lighting and grumpy front desk staff on the phone. Rooms are basic but functional and the WiFi is stable.
They have a room that I will remember for a long time. Very comfortable bed and pillows, excellent shower, and remarkably clean. The location is good with a nice view. Check-in and out is very fast. The staff is friendly and helpful. Also, their safety procedures are very high. During our stay, breakfast was not one of their strengths, especially in-room dining, which is the only thing, in my opinion, they should improve.
Attentive and caring customer service representatives is the key on top of reasonable pricing with up to par customer service, cleanliness, friendly environment and strategic location, with all these main advantages, I can’t ask for more! Always try to understand and cater to the actual needs of guests are what we need nowadays. I look forward to making my every single stay in Holiday Inn in the future a memorable one! Keep it up! :)
