It was wonderful experience since most of us stuck in KL, why not pamper ourselves with luxurious moment. I chose Caroline Astor Suite with Butler Service. It was such a huge room that I have to walk abit from bathroom to front door. The entire living room has enough of sunshine because surrounded with glass window. Next door will be the bedroom and closet room. Another door is our private spa room with beautiful bathtub. Although the view doesn't fancy me at all facing the museum and abit of lake garden from far but there is a tv in the bathroom. There are 3 TV in this room ( 1 - living hall, 1 - bedroom & 1 - bathtub). A proper round table good for 4 pax to have dinner in room. I would like to highlight about the butler service which not every hotel will provide: 1. They can help you unpack and pack your luggage. 2. They will arrange coffee/tea in room whenever you need it. I think is about 3-4x per day. 3. Garment Pressing - complimentary up to 2 garments per day. We had a quiet corner suite so there are no noise at all to disturb us during night time. Their infinity pool is facing museum. Not too big not too small size but hopefully the staffs are more aware when someone were not wearing mask besides the pool watching us swim. I would highly recommend their dining at The Brasserie for dinner. I love the romantic ambience and the food is so good. When u need a drink at bar, Astor Bar is a great option and cozy seating. The breakfast for hot food line at The Brasserie quite limited. Basic eggs, sausage, bread & soup noodle. Could be better if a guest is paying extra for the breakfast. Bravo to the housekeeping team for keeping the room so clean and the butlers service.

It was a short staycation with my husband just to escape from our normal routine and glad that we made the right choice of choosing The St.Regis Kuala Lumpur as our stay! Magnificent hotel with very good facilities. Room was spacious and super cozy. Love the bathtub! Staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth, thanks to Danielle (intern). She had pleasant personality and polite. Not to forget Amirul from the F&B team, who was very attentive during our breakfast at The Brasserie. Butler service was superb 👍, they’re reachable 24/7. We had our afternoon tea in the room. Enjoyed it! Breakfast was great. Overall it was an enjoyable staycation at The St.Regis Kuala Lumpur! Would love to try St. Regis Langkawi soon.

I stayed at St Regis KL for the first time. Impress with their food as what I can say ‘a variety of taste and texture in one bite’. They also have superb hospitality. Amiruel (Hostess Brasserie for dinner) and Zafiah Eni (Hostess Brasserie for breakfast) are among the best of the best hostess. As a new to St Regis KL I be explaining every detail of food and the way how they represent. They also explaining to me what facilities St Regis have and I can feel they have a very very welcoming heart. I felt like I be at home… surely will become fan of St Regis…. Noor Samsuri

Had high tea at The St Regis KL during the post-re-MCO state in September 2021. Firstly, on the COVID compliance. I would say very well done as the place is well ventilated. When you first enter the Drawing room, one would be surprised as it is not that big (more of huge mirrors surrounding the room). Although there were many guests, physical distancing was possible and workers were wearing masks at all times. Now, on to the food: 1. It comprises 2 sets: 1 is a tray filled with delicious desserts (cheesecakes shaped as roses, apples and MORE) with another savoury plate (which is refillable). 2. The presentation of the high tea, desserts, crockery was top notch! Extremely pleasing to the eye. 3. Most of the desserts were very good. The scones too were nice but I felt that it was a bit too crumbly as it would disintegrate prior to eating it. The jam and butter was an excellent pairing with the scones. Finally, the horse by Fernando Botero provided a striking background for beautiful pictures all over. Overall, a very good experience and will be back.

Really liked my stay with St Regis for one of my birthday celebrations this year given the travel restriction. I didn't know what to expect but I'd say I had a really memorable stay. I feel that for the price I paid, it's really value for money as the room is very grand and spacious. I must say, the experience from entering the room all the way to check out makes me feel like I'm a royalty, with the butler (shout out to William and Adam!) tending to my needs such as getting my beverage, sending my clothes to be pressed and getting a sewing kit for my shirt that had loose button. Everything in the room was perfect and top notch. It was a six star experience. And also since I was here for my birthday, the hotel was nice enough to make some simple decor such as balloon and handwritten card paired with a chocolate cake. The fine-dine experience in The Brasserie was also pleasant. Only that I think the dessert (cheese platter and chocolate cake) didn't live up to the standard for such a luxury hotel. But given that the dinner menu was defined in my package, I couldn't complain much. The breakfast was merely decent too, with the typical selection of Asian local food and the western breakfast. If I were to compare with other hotels with the same standard such as W Hotel and Banyan Tree, I must then say that the food quality is subpar. The service was anyhow, spectacular (shoutout to Nurul that tending to our experience). The pool wasn't out-of-the-world but given that it's a business hotel, I don't think the pool is their strength, but it's nonetheless worth to soak in and have a nice sunbath. Though I think it would have been nice if welcome drinks were to be served for staying guests. Some of my experience that wasn't too pleasant but I didn't think it's the hotel's fault, such as there aren't any great view from my room and my dinner's slot was too early (at 6pm) and limited slot for swimming pool booking (1pm on the day on my checkout). These are all mostly due to the adherence to SOP which I totally understand. Lastly again wanted to share that the service from everyone was spectacular, the mannerism and the way everyone speak, from receptionist, butler, bell-boy, parking attendant, were truly amazing and sets themselves different from other hotel. I indeed feel like a real royalty and treated like one, especially Sally who checked me in. There are a lot of hits and some minor misses, but I don't think it warrant me to give anything less than 5 stars. Thumbs up.
