I have been staying on and off this hotel since the year 2002 until now. The hotel as building and layout is good especially the new wing. Beds are acceptable for me. Clean hotel and housekeeping are doing good and accommodating helpful whenever I need something like extra towels billows and other toilet things. In some rooms hot water need...

The appearance of a 4-5 star hotel with a 3-star vibe. Spent 3 nights there. It was clean and room service and housekeeping were prompt, but I had to self-manage a lot of things like getting them to stock the mini-bar, bringing a remote for the Aircon, and removing the single large hairball on the floor. The room had a...

This place is pretty run down, The area it is in is very dodgy at night with people sleeping in doorways etc. The security guard has a shotgun and a sniffer dog which checks you over as you enter. The reception staff are rude & ignorant and always seem as if they have no clue about what they are doing....

First things first I checked in the staff at desk where very helpful but no one to show you to your room left to find it yourself which is OK but there are plenty more hotels in that area that show you to your room so not a good start, upon entering the room first thing I noticed was the...

I stayed here overnight coming from a flight from Amsterdam. The room was good size, functional bathroom. The bed was nice. The room overall looked a bit dated, but was functional and clean. The Aircon was a bit rickety and was close to it's end of life... Breakfast, provided via coupons, was nice. Using the coupon system you can order...

We were on our final night of our Philippines tour and after arriving at the hotel and checking in, I found the hotel and rooms to be so unpleasant and disgusting that for the first time in over 3 years of travel and 100 different hotels I chose to abandon my reservation and book a room across the street (the...

Looking for staycation to celebrate my friend’s birthday, we chose to stay here for it is very near to malls and other tourist spots here in Manila. They allowed us to bring some of our chicha in the rooms without corkage. The room is spacious and clean and you can call anytime to their housekeeping personnel if ever you want...
