Hotel is very friendly in checking in especially I checked in at 4am. Booked the hotel through some websites and requested for iron for one of the 4 days but was only informed that they have no iron and ironing board since they have pressing service. Cupboards and baths are very old and the worse part is neighbours who smokes...

This hotel is located very close to the Remedios Circle area of Malate. The area has heaps of restaurants of all price ranges, night clubs and KTV bars. There are even gay discos within walking distance for those who want them. I have usually opted for the executive suites when staying here. The rooms are much larger with a large...

Pearl Garden Hotel is somewhat a hotel that most people from Manila will not typically go to since the area is known to be a red light district for some time but that was before now the area is good to hang out since there are a lot of establishments to go to. The rooms are very clean and I...

Beautiful ambience although they don't have a hotel lobby. As a non-smoker, I felt like sneezing on the elevators and hallways because the cigarette smoke smell stays everywhere and they don't have a proper exhaust. They have nice carpeted hallways but needs refurbishing inside the hotel rooms. Breakfast is good with friendly staffs. Very good location for night clubs and...

I had de luxe room on the 8th floor, 32 sqm. Bathroom with a separate shower cabin and separate bath tube with shower. Glass door in a shower cabin a bit damaged. Some water lacked out. I told the stuff but they just noticed. Remember that they take a deposit 2000 pesos (usual in Philippines) so dont mind to tell...

This is an older hotel, quite in the middle of "life in Manila" so if you are without a vehicle, this really does get you feeling immersed in Manila life. The staff were incredibly polite and receptive to any needs you might have, the room was quite large, and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was offered with a fair bit of...

We've chosen to stay at this hotel for many years. Very little has changed including a very competent management team headed by Mr 'James'. At the time you approach the entry door where you are professionally greeted, to the reception area that is serviced always by competent young women, to the pleasant room attendants, to those working in the restaurant;...

The hotel is clean and tidy. Restaurants are great. The staff are keen to impress and will attend to detail. This was a third party booking and staff went out of their way to help. Our Client was very impressed.
