Its jus location here, (stayed there 1st September 2011), but they did not give me my wakeup call which nearly made me my flight if it wasn’t for helpful security at the airport. It’s just inexcusable when you consider that the flight was to the value of €700! The room is tiny with no windows, the internet is good, but...

This hotel is very conveniently located. The staff are friendly and efficient. Parking is secure. The rooms are average (Rm 303), air con unit is noisy, pillows are lousy thin. Our unused towels have hair strands, sinks are rusty. Buffet breakfast is very average, very few choices. Well I guess thats what you get with this rates. Best Western Hotel...

We stayed one night and the following day we had to leave for a flight at 11pm. Eurotel allowed us to pay half for the second night since we weren't sleeping there (or having breakfast in the morning). The hotel was in a good location for the shopping mall and Malate bars. Now that we've got all the positives out...

The room was good it was an interior room with no windows and the bed was harder than I liked but overall the staff was very helpful and friendly. The bathroom was very clean and the WIFI connection was very fast. The breakfast buffet was good but you needed to get there before 9 am to get a table. Overall...

I checked in to this hotel just last week with my family. The room is fine, and as well as the bathroom. The room is clean, and as well as the furniture. I love their free WIFI and the fast internet connection. I had a hard time sleeping because the pillows aren't soft, and the blanket is way to thin...

The bathtub had not been cleaned and when we arrived it looked thoroughly grimy. The rooms are dark and the lighting was low wattage.

Stayed overnight 3 times already. The first and second time we stayed we were provided with 3 bottled water, 2 boxes of toiletries (inside: shampoo, comb, tooth brush and toothpaste) and 3 pairs of rubber sleepers which is really good for a standard room. The food ok. The hallways are really small it feels like you are in a maze....

I wasn't expecting much because I only paid about $20 USD a night. We just stayed for two nights before flying to Boracay Island. The second night was better than the first. I would encourage you to avoid this hotel, though. Several things about this hotel: Unfriendly staff Cockroach in our room, and a long, black hair on the bed...

You know you get what you pay for... most of the time. It's the best value in town. You certainly can't beat the location, despite the homeless people, but it's actually a better ratio than San Francisco. Walking distance to many places, like the US Embassy, and with a huge mall right across the street, I've stayed here before, and...

While this hotel is a resonable price one accross from Robinsons Place the internet had the worse reliability of all the hotels I have stay at. It constantly goes down and the speeds at time are so slow that you can not connect anyway. They have been as slow as 2mbps. The rooms and serivce is ok except for the...
