I checked in to this hotel just last week with my family. The room is fine, and as well as the bathroom. The room is clean, and as well as the furniture. I love their free WIFI and the fast internet connection. I had a hard time sleeping because the pillows aren't soft, and the blanket is way to thin... More

The bathtub had not been cleaned and when we arrived it looked thoroughly grimy. The rooms are dark and the lighting was low wattage.

Stayed overnight 3 times already. The first and second time we stayed we were provided with 3 bottled water, 2 boxes of toiletries (inside: shampoo, comb, tooth brush and toothpaste) and 3 pairs of rubber sleepers which is really good for a standard room. The food ok. The hallways are really small it feels like you are in a maze.... More

I wasn't expecting much because I only paid about $20 USD a night. We just stayed for two nights before flying to Boracay Island. The second night was better than the first. I would encourage you to avoid this hotel, though. Several things about this hotel: Unfriendly staff Cockroach in our room, and a long, black hair on the bed... More

You know you get what you pay for... most of the time. It's the best value in town. You certainly can't beat the location, despite the homeless people, but it's actually a better ratio than San Francisco. Walking distance to many places, like the US Embassy, and with a huge mall right across the street, I've stayed here before, and... More

While this hotel is a resonable price one accross from Robinsons Place the internet had the worse reliability of all the hotels I have stay at. It constantly goes down and the speeds at time are so slow that you can not connect anyway. They have been as slow as 2mbps. The rooms and serivce is ok except for the... More

unkind staff, many rooms without windows (but you don't know that at booking), hotel for smokers, ashtrays everywhere and the smell in the rooms is like that: terrible, hotels needs urgent renovation, hotel is not cheap to pay but the rooms look cheap, outlets not international and hardly available, but good wifi, good aircon
