I was booked in room 1403 which was right beside the elevator. It was so NOISY. I WAS NOT ABLE TO SLEEP. Food was okay. People were okay. Limited parking space. But the rooms are VERY OLD. You need to renovate them already. OVER ALL - OVER RATED AND EXPENSIVE.

Spacious room, high security level that makes you comfortable to stay. Though there were a little bit of technical problem in the toilet (too old). For shoppers, this hotel does not suits you. Its far from shopping market. But there is always a taxi if you like. Walking distance to the seaside and there's a nice view of the sunset.

rooms are clean and well organized. staff of the hotel are courteous and accommodating. I suggest to have a bigger fitness center and to be opened for 24 hours for the guest that can do the worked even late at night and early in the morning

Stayed 2 night in that place and could not complain about anything. Breakfast is rich and nicely arranged, food was tasty and spa absolutely friendly. Area was alright, not far from shopping malls but also a bit fishy. Going out at night walking would be not my dream. Would book again

HOTEL: This hotel is dubbed the Jewel by the Bay for its spectacular red sunsets and views over the bay but unfortunately the area in which it is based is not ideal being in the middle of poverty stricken and unsafe Ermita where walking past ghettos is the norm. If you have never travelled in this area be prepared for...

Staycation with family & kins for 3 days & 2 nights. Cramped driveway due to parked vehicles on both sides made driving in, unloading bags & parking very difficult. The rooms were beautiful with excellent view of Manila Bay & the city. Close to Robinsons Place, Malate church, the classic Aristocrat, Max's, Shakeys, Jollibee, a short drive to MOA, so...

Was here last 2014 for the New Year celebration! The best food selection, the band was really nice and the staff are very attentive. Would love to go back and stay here again. The room is also very nice.

We attend conferences frequently in this hotel so staying here is always convenient. Staff very helpful all the time. Just a little issue with the parking because it's so small. Good place to stay too if you want to do Manila sightseeing for tourists.

First time we tried an staycation at the Manila Diamond Hotel, we enjoyed it so much..the food is great, the pool though not so spacious is safe for kids. And most importantly, the staff are very professional and friendly. The service i must give credit to...

We had a wonderful stay in Diamond Hotel Manila, last year of December 2016. It was a festive Christmas season and we were fortunate to witness their spectacular shows every night leading up to Christmas, showcasing the Phils' most popular and iconic dance traditions and music. It was a delight to the spirit watching the artists, dancers and singers perform...
