I traveled with my partner in the Philippines for the first time. We were from Taipei and we were amazed about this hotel. The hotel is a typical boutique hotel but the staff are great, from the security, to front desk, to the person who always cleaned our room and to the restaurant staff. they loved serving us with smile...

I got a deal for an overnight stay with dinner and breakfast. Dinner was a set meal for two. Breakfast offered was limited. So for our dinner, we had to order additional food to keep us satisfied. Food taste was ordinary. As for the room, we had to request for some coffee and tea and bottled water for our stay....

We stayed in a very old hotel on our first day in Manila, after the first night we knew we wanted a change. And this hotel was a life saver. It is decent with reasonable rates, including breakfast at the Steakhouse on the ground floor. The location is great. We felt safe as the street is well lit. From the...

The suite upgrade is of course always great. The hotel in itself is fine, living up to expectations but nothing special - pool is very small but at least there. The spa is not worth a visit and the transportation facility was continuously slow, even if booked in advance.

Few years before just after they opened I stayed two nights. At that time I had a good impression. I came back last month June staying five nights and I found that there is no management at all. They are keeping room clean if you make complaint. Worse thing is breakfast which is very oily and too much salt. Worst...

Stayed here for a business trip last year for the week. Hotel was fine, clean and easy access to work and direct into the shopping centre. Nice little pool out the back, staff were friendly but not sense of urgency. Due to working UK hours we would return to the hotel around 1am local time, but took us over an...

This hotel is located right at the heart of Malate, at the centre of Manila City (a comment for readers unfamiliar with the Philippines: Manila City is one of 17 cities that make up the Manila metropolis, or "Metro Manila". Apart from Manila City, other cities within Metro Manila are Makati, Pasay, Pasig, Quezon, etc.). If your areas of interest...

“Do not take a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor, where you might get disturbed by loud music from a nightclub downstairs. I stayed on the 5th floor and couldn't hear the music at all. If you are an extremely light sleeper, ask for a room not facing the busy Adriatico Street.”
