When I first arrived at the Leez Inn it was my first night in the Philippines. The Inn did not have the room I had reserved and prepaid for. I was put into a separate properety that was very substandard. The second day I was returned to the Leez Inn which was better. The Inn wouldn't compensate me for the... More

I book at Zen rooms and was directed to this hotel. I stayed for a week. Surprised that I have to pay in full upon check-in and a deposit of 2500 pesos. I don't have enough cash and I asked if I could pay the balance later, the answer is No! It's like I pay full or I don't stay... More

I stayed in this hotel last August 28-29, 2016. I booked for Superior, One Double King size bed. When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist told me that they don't have an available king size bed instead she upgraded me to the next room category however it was a twin bed. I was upset and told her that I'll... More

The hotel is actually centrally located, you just need to know where it is at. I suggest before you arrive in Manila, you google the place and know exactly where to go. When taking taxi, I suggest you use Uber or Grab as they have GPS and finding the place is not a problem at all. We came from Los... More

Stayed overnight at Leez Inn. Deposit is too much for a Budget Hotel. The room is clean; same as the Toilet & Bath. Value for the room is great -- comes with A/C, small Ref, TV and Safe. Staff is friendly. Wifi is ok. No acceptable restaurants within walking distance. Taxi drivers has difficulty looking for the place even if... More

Leez Inn. The property is good, the rooms are small but comfortable, no elevators, but not recommended for long stays. The downside is the location, there are no restaurants, and fast food outlets in the vicinity, the only one thing nearby is a departmental store called Pure-Gold where you can buy grocery items. The place very difficult to find even... More

My husband and I flew to Manila for a childhood friend's wedding. We decided to stay at Leez Inn (Nakpil St) because it was close to the church and the reception venue. We also didn't want to pay for a pricey hotel. We wanted a place where we could work, and stay in comfortably. Leez Inn was that, and more.... More

It's not the easiest to find as my taxi drove around the block a few times & the signage isn't huge but it's clean & tidy. It's got aircon which was much needed & reasonably fast wifi. They were over booked on the room when I tried to check in but they upgraded me at no extra charge.
