Had lunch buffet with friends today at Sulo Riviera Hotel. Food is very far from the Sulo Hotel of the past that I know. The food selection is few, and the ambiance and aura of the old Sulo is no longer there. The staff and service, however, is nice. Wish that they improve the food and regain the old Sulo...

This hotel does operate at a 4-star level. Staff are very nice. But their policy of allowing loud party music until midnight was a problem for me. This happened at least two out of the 7 nights I stayed there, and management, when confronted about the problem, did not intervene.

The only good I can say is that the staff is very friendly, but I believe this is the case in almost all the hotels in Asia. The rools extremely noisy rooms both becuase of the traffic ouside and the weddings on top. Internet is a nightmare, short of sockets to plug devices, difficult to use the hangers in the...

The hotel still carries with it the glamour of its past. The interiors are well-maintained and the rooms have adequate and comfortable living space. It is also fortunate for us that our event coincided with Sulo's Appreciation Night. I really enjoyed visiting the featured rooms which they transformed into thematic Asian places, complete with foods that they are famous for....

Negative : -The furniture has seen better days. -The buffet options are pretty limited. -There is limited parking space. These are the only negative stuff that I could think of for this hotel. Positive: - convenient location for those who need to go to the nearby hospitals like the Philippine Heart Center and the National Kidney Transplant Institute. -It's also...

But the check in and check out process takes the staff at the conceirge too long.they must change or modify their system. There is also one evening that we cant sleep because there...

Facilities are nice, including other amenities. In terms of banquet (food on lunch, snacks and dinner) were just an average type. I think it was overpriced if we will based it on the quality of food they serve. However the serving size is pop. But if you want to have a perfect breakfast, visit the Sulo Riviera, they serve fresh...

I had a very small and intimate family-only civil wedding ceremony nearby the Sulo Riviera hotel and we decided to book with the hotel at the last minute. We lived in Fort Bonifacio and we suddenly thought that maybe waking up super early the next morning and going through Manila traffic to the wedding venue dressed up in our best...

Had (!) to stay one night in this hotel beacuse we joined a wedding party and wanted to avoid the horrible evening traffic in Manila. Not sure if this was a good idea. The hotel is relatively expensive compared to the official standard. The first room we got was very small, had a bad smell - OK, we thought will...
