As a titanium elite member, I received an upgrade to a junior suite and the executive lounge and complimentary breakfast both of which had great food options with in them. However the service was a miss. Upon check in the individual was cold, and questioned us (which is inconsistent with the western standards). He made it seem like checking us in was a favor to us. The waiter at the restaurant for breakfast was attentive and the food was tasty with all the options. However, the service in the executive lounge was slow and inconsistent despite their being very few customers. The location is not city center; which may be a plus for some people.
This has got to be one of the best hotels in Turkey. Great helpful well trained staff. Great German G.M. good location. Great executive lounge. I don't see this property making excuses to lower standards because of Covid. Fast wifi, good beds. Upgraded to a nice suite. Good food. What else could you ask for? Thank you JW Ankara.
The hotel has a nice 👍 view from outside. Also the decoration at reception and entrance was fine. Parking for your car 🚗 was available. When you come from Eskisehir to the city 🌃 centre it is on the right side.
Stayed here for three nights, The service was top-notch and nothing could be faulted at all. Got a very spacious Junior Suite which I enjoyed. Platinum members are treated very well - executive lounge is closed so breakfast and light dinner are provided for free. Ordered room service a couple of times and it was very reasonably priced too.
Horrible management! They would rather employ their closest friends and relatives instead of people with hospitality management education and experience. You will find many employees that know no English at all. Get ready for hand gestures and a sucky experience! Marriott huh cheeky attempt!
