Generous buffet and hygenic rooms & facilities. Myself, my british husband and turkish mum were given a good impression. Highly recommended for both couples and families. For those ignorant tourists, the staff is Nepalese so if you are THAT bothered with their language skills, why don't you install Google translate using the perfectly adequate WIFI and make an effort to...

We had a wonderful 7 nights at this hotel, the staff were lovely and very helpful especially Mr Google what a asset he is to the hotel, he made our stay extra special. I wouldn't say it was 5 stars but I didn't expect it to be for the price we paid. My only complaint would be that our bags...

This hotel is rated as 5 star all inclusive on Booking.com. My husband and I booked 2 nights as a break for our anniversary. The reception is stunning with beautiful views but apart from that, what a bitter disappointment it has been. The rooms are shabby and old, toilets dirty and the "food" and I use the term loosely....is quite...

I never expected the hotel to be 5* so this did not disappoint me. It did disappoint me that my partner and I almost had a room with no window and no balcony - is that not the whole point and pleasure of being on holiday? So with a cheeky lie about it being our honeymoon we got upgraded at...
