This hotel is a bit of an odd one, I think it's a place you'll love or hate. The hotel is in a wonderful location away from Bodrum itself but close enough to get into it if you wish. This hotel is not catering for English guests which for me was great. The food is ok very good salad bar...

Just returned from the Javelin which is now called Camel Beach. I can only write from my own experience. The hotel has only recently been taken over and the new managers are trying to make it a good hotel instead of an average hotel; unfortunately there is no way it is as described in the brochure, no al carte; only...

We have just returned from this hotel and can vouch for all the negative comments within the listing. Thompson have clearly sold something they didnt fully understand or, have decieved alot of people?? The Hotel would struggle to reach 1 star in the UK and, when challenged about its rating the Thompson rep stated its 3T not 3 sar, A...

I stayed here for a week between 21-28 July. They have now changed the name to Camel Bodrum Beach Hotel. This is a cheap hotel, which provides cheap service, cheap food and cheap booze. It has serious management issues. Sewage smell in the bathrooms seems to be a prevalent problem. Our room was OK, but the two other rooms allocated...

Did a late booking & having stayed at different locations in Turkey & reading spiel on Thomsons site, had no hesitation in booking at this hotel. How wrong can one be! They have now changed name from Javelin Beach to Camel Beach. Coach transfer quoted as 40 mins but actually took 80 mins. Reception book in was efficient. Room allocated...

I have just today got back from this hotel and have to agree with many of the critical comments already reported by other reviewers. The resort seemed like it would be the perfect place to relax with it being well away from the usual tourist areas, but that was far from the reality. My room was basic but more than...

Just come back from the Noa Javelin, which is now called Camel Bodrrum Beach Club. Name was changed while we were there. Drinks very limited, no fresh fruit juice. Food choice very limited especially breakfast, also cold, no hot plates, lots with chips out of the side. Very bad smell of sewage by the restaurant, especially at night, also by...

Enjoyed the stay at this hotel although it has a lot of potential for improvement. Bad Points: some staff but not all seem unhelpful to the english whilst russians who treat them rudely seem to be better catered for. Showers on many occasions cold, not much choice at the bar but proportions are excellent. Reception staff do not speak good...

I dont know where these people stayed but it couldnt have been the Noa Javelin. We paid £168 for a sea view and could just about see the sea through the trees. No choice of alcohol apart from gin, raki vodka and of course beer and wine. Not what l calll all inclusive. Had to ask for bed linen to...
