Hotel is currently undergoing renovation. It was nice to see freshly painted walls, new carpet and new bathroom vanity, sink and shower. Breakfast included a waffle machine, bagels, coffee and yogurt, etc. Good value for price.
We stayed there for one night and found the customer service to be exceptional. The Hotel is being remodeled and a bit inconvenient but we were told right away. The tv worked, the internet worked, the room was clean and new, the window actually opened...More
We always stay in this hotel, when it was La Quinta Inn and Suites. Thus, their phone number is still in my contacts. I called the hotel directly to make my reservations and a very friendly desk clerk told me they were now Econo Lodge....More

HI, I am no longer connected with the Hotel but I do know this. Choice will not advise the Hotel's to "lose" the reservations but by the same token they will not back the customer up. Ultimately they will tell you that the properties are independently owned and it is up to the ownership. Check the chain out- Best Western, La Quinta, Marriot, and the Holiday inns will always make it right. You will pay more up front but you won't be cheated either. I don't think the States attorney will do anything. A contract requires money to change hands. That hasn't happened here. The most you can do is go on every travel site you can find and tell your story. Read the reviews of this Hotel. Short changing the guest has been a tradition.
