We've stayed at the Ashland Springs Hotel many times (and even back to years gone by when it was the Mark Anthony). We love to go back as often as we can. Everything is good about this hotel -- the staff, the décor, the comfortable rooms (although, admittedly, a bit small). I especially love the use of "Monet yellow" everywhere...

Always wanted to stay here and did this time. Our first room was not too nice - right next to the aircon plant, but we complained and next two nights we were upgraded to a corner suite. Can't fault that.

My rating of this lovely hotel in the fall of 2012 was in error. I mistakenly rated it 1 star, when it is a wonderful old hotel right in the midst of the Shakespeare Festival. The location couldn't be better and the service was wonderful. I don't know what happened when I entered the stars, but this is a GREAT...

This was our first trip to Ashland, and this our first stay at the Ashland Springs hotel. A gorgeous old building, and nicely updated, so it didn't feel antiquated, just older. The lobby, with it's potted palms, ceiling fans and naturalist exhibits just needed Sidney Greenstreet in a wicker chair to be complete. The continental breakfast in the morning was...

This is an older building that has been fairly modenized without causing it to lose its historic charm. Also probably the nicest hotel in the area although I have only been twice. Conveniently located in downtown but close enough to the forest to walk and take a run through it. The front desk staff was incredibly polite and helpful. Also...

What a great place to stay in Southern Oregon! We were passing thru and needed a place to stay. We got a great rate and really enjoyed this historic hotel. The room was immaculate, very comfortable and decorated nice. It is a little on the small side, but not unreasonably small. The breakfast isn't amazing, but it's free! Parking is...

During our two week trip through Oregon, Washington, and California, we had the opportunity to spend two nights in room 323 at the Ashland Springs Hotel. It was wonderful! The front desk staff was helpful and friendly, providing a welcoming environment and seemed genuinely pleased to have us in the hotel. Even when we accidentally stayed an extra night (we...

We were so impressed by our first visit last fall to this historic hotel that we decided to return in the summer and catch a play during the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. We found the hotel just as clean and well-maintained as before. It's been a dozen years since the extensive restoration of this landmark, but the rooms show little visible...

We have stayed at this hotel for the passed few years while attending the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and really enjoyed our stay. It is close to everything we needed. The rooms are small but comfortable. Clean and very friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again.

Gi Gi the Concierge at this Hotel is absolutely fabulous. She arranged a last minute private wine tasting for myself and my father. It was both elegant and an incredible bargain. She also made several dining recommendations that were all outstanding. Our Room was on the small side as are almost all rooms in older historical hotels. However it was elegantly...
