This hotel definitely had some issues but the front desk did do their best to try and accommodate and fix as many as they could. Our first room we checked into did not have hot water and the room phone didn’t work, which made it tough to call down to the front desk. After going down to the desk they quickly agreed to move us to a new room. The second room they sent us to was not cleaned yet and had to go back to the front desk to let them know. Once again they quickly changed our room again. The third room they sent us to was better. There was hot water but no water pressure. The A/C in this room worked ok but not great. It felt stuffy. I’m each of the rooms the furniture is older and much worn. However, the beds were clean and the bathroom was clean. They do offer complimentary coffee and blueberry muffins downstairs for breakfast. There is a IHOP restaurant very close by.

Older, in need of some upgrading. Despite the name not really that close the Globe Life or AT&T although the Arlington trolley stops there and the hotel provided complimentary tickets. Lots of road construction on all sides and no restaurants within walking distance

Worst service ever, the only good thing about this hotel is the location. Once I arrive and checked in to my room to see it was not cleaned, sheets and dirty towels all over the floor. No apologies from the front desk, just provide another key and different room. Housekeeping is lazy, room was never cleaned during my entire stay, had to request for clean towels and empty my own trash. The price I paid for this stay was overrated and note to self will never stay at another Holiday Inn

Got shuttled here by American Airlines when they canceled our connecting flight. What a nightmare. We arrived without our luggage and only backpacks. After getting a (not bad) burger from the restaurant, our card keys did not work when we returned to our room. Neither did the next or the next. Were told that the handheld contraption brought up to the room to open the door was the only way in. Failed repeatedly. 90+ minutes later the desk attendant finally called head of engineering (because desk manager was on vacation) to come in "after hours," after I suggested we call the fire department to let us in. Said engineer somehow got the door to work. Not a single apology was offered.

Bridget Broadus <bridget.broadus@gmail.com> 11:37 AM (0 minutes ago) to me This was my young girls and I first mother daughter weekend and it was a horrible experience. My daughter found a drug pipe in her pillow when she laid down. I was given my points back for the rewards. We had to change rooms extremely late. We were given complimentary breakfast passes for the next day only, which we didn't get to use because we went to sleep so late due to the transfer that we slept in the next day and missed breakfast. The toilet in the room they moved us to flushed slow and had to use a plunger (that I had to walk to the lobby and carry myself back to my room) after every flush. The plunger they gave me was disgusting. The bottom part was in a bag that was still wet and had bowel on it. Yes I took a picture of the drug pipe. It was clear with white residue. I kept trying to call the office to get someone to come to my room. I didn't want to touch at all with anything but I never got hold to anyone. I did use paper towels to pick it up and take it to them. The lady in the front, Natasha, was helpful and did what I think she knew to do. I wish more could have been done. There was a worker who approached me in my room no less than 5 minutes after we checked in looking for a laptop. I'm thinking if you cleaned the room you know there wasn't a laptop. After settling down in the room I could tell it wasn't cleaned the towels in the bathroom weren't right. No cups for coffee. It was more like they just made the room look somewhat neat or a worker took a quick break in the room.
