Rude employees. Probably why the parking lot was empty the whole time I was there. 4 days and saw less than 10 different cars the entire time. Wouldn’t recommend. There are better places and cheaper close. Go with them.
The breakfast is really bad but other than that it was good.. Service was nice rooms were clean.. The beds were comfortable..I didn't have to pay a deposit which was nice because they told me over the phone I would... But it was a decent place to stay for the price..I wasn't happy about the breakfast the coffee was awful and the 2 choices you got granola bars and honey buns were Not fresh and that's it better of not serving anything.. But all and all it was good..
Friend staff but the rooms are a no-go for me! Bugs and Hair Everywhere! They want me to write 200 words of how horrible but I have pictures to post of this instead of creating extra wording. I appreciated the front desk assistance.
So we had reservations at a hotel (not a Wyndham hotel) and were told they over booked so I called Wyndham and had them find me a hotel that was close to where we were wanting to stay ( which is what I should have done in the first place since I'm a Wyndham rewards member) The rooms were small but they were clean, had an small icebox and a microwave. While we were there I spoke serval times with the staff, they were all very friendly and treated us like family, would not have minded getting to know them better, now please keep in mind we are still in the middle of a pandemic and they are short on staff, so you might not get you bed made or your linens changed out if you stay more than 1 night, but if you go to the front desk and ask they will do their best to take care of you. So we have no real complaints…
Two of us stayed two nights. It was really quiet both nights. The rooms were clean and in ok condition. We had no complaints. We would stay here again. The location is perfect, close to the Highlands and I-20.
