We were really excited to stay here and called for availability during ACL in Austin. We were really glad something was available as we are Vegan and they said they make Vegan breakfasts all the time! The pictures on their website are a bit misleading. The paths are overgrown on the property. It is very small so you don't feel... More

Thanks for choosing to stay at Park Lane. We do appreciate your business and always try to make our Guests our number 1 priority. Your arrival midway through a big event weekend like Austin City Limits, we only had our Tiny Texas House available for you.But that is no excuse. It sounds like we missed the mark with you this... The reviews are so great and accurate, what can I add that may help your choice. We stayed in the carriage house for our anniversary weekend. Extremely walkable, we enjoyed the neighborhood just as much as SoCo. If you are not 20 something, South Congress is where you want to be. The price point was prefect in comparison to the... More

We absolutely loved our stay at Park Lane Guest House in The Vicky House. It was quaint, gorgeous, cozy, and perfect for a romantic getaway close to the action in the city. The breakfast was above-and-beyond phenomenal, the owners are in a class of their own. The pool was lovely, and the outdoor shower was so much fun. The Vicky... More

We found Park Lane from Trip Advisor, so of course we have to follow up after our stay! We just left Park Lane, after honeymooning here for an entire week. It was a singularly lovely experience. From the daily breakfasts to the shady pool to Zilker, the sweet, white cat who visits from next door (outside only!). Shakti was a... More

As long-time Austin residents, it can be a driving/parking challenge to enjoy the many vibrant neighborhoods that the city has to offer. My husband and I stayed in the Vicky House on a Sunday and Monday night. The mini-house was adorable from the outside, but a retreat upon entering. I loved having to climb up the ladder to get to the luxurious bed, and I think this house has the best shower in the world. It had to be filtered water and... More

Hi Laura, So happy you and John found us. The Vicky House was the perfect place for the 2 of you to get away. Riding bikes was such a good way to cover a lot of Austin's great food scene. You guys really did a lot in your short time here. Please come back soon. Shakti More

We were traveling across the country in our airstream and stayed at the Park Lane Guest House for 3 nights for a relaxing break. Shaki, the owner couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating! It's a small B&B, tastefully and comfortably decorated. Perfect relaxing time with delicious breakfasts included. Highly recommended!
