This hotel has been renovated and has wonderful features, soft comfie beds, new bath features. However, it's a bit "Home Depot" in places too - but the cost makes that very bearable. Breakfasts are more than continental and very decent. Watch for the strange rooms with a glass wall between the bath and bedroom. Or maybe you like that? It's...

Horrible! Room had a funky smell that clung to our clothes even after we had checked out. People yelling in the hallways after midnight. Front desk staff OK. Breakfast was OK at best. Will NEVER stay here again!

The décor is cute but a little odd given their location. The hotel had a lot of nice features, but it seemed like they were in a rush to finish building or renovating as the finishing touches weren't quite right. The price was fair given the popularity of Austin. The location isn't great as you are right off the highway...

Stayed during a rainy weekend and got a beautiful room on the 3rd floor there were Christmas lights on the balconies which I though was a nice touch. We left a few times to get food but mostly was a staycation. Enjoyed the peace and quiet. We watched TV and took advantage of the gorgeous unique shower and tub. I...

Room is freezing and doesn't warm up fast. Breakfast is mediocre, not worth the extra price. Like shower/tub combo. Shabby pool upkeep with torn up tent cabana. No boutique hotel for sure. Bed is good. Not staying here again.

It is located in such a convenient place very close to the airport and also downtown. Everything about our experience was nothing less than amazing. The rooms were relaxing and the bathroom was large and open, the breakfast was delicious and every dish was fresh, it was one of the best meals I've eaten for free at a hotel. l...

This a decent enough property with a reasonably convenient location to most of the things you're likely to want to do in Austin. It advertises a cafe but that serves only breakfast--and that doesn't start until 630 so of no use to someone with an early flight. It advertises a lounge. There IS a lounge area but they serve only...

We booked the Casulo hotel after being deceived from the pictures and reviews at hotels.com. We arrived there and we lobby had a super strong smell of air freshener, but you could smell something terrible under it. The lady at the front desk was not very friendly but gave us the keys to the room and sent us to the...

I strongly recommend not to stay at this hotel. The pictures on the website are old. This place is really scary. For one they have no staff with uniforms. They have random people cleaning your room. In regular clothes no uniform. So you don't even know that they work there. Second the workout room is horrible. The equipment is so...

Ignore previous negative posts at your own peril. I booked here because a local event had all Austin hotels filled. As noted in recent comments, you will be immediately assaulted by a noxious odor when entering the hotel lobby. An overpowering chemical smell, I speculate staff is using harsh cleaners and air fresheners to mask a mildew/mold problem. The smell...
