Wife and I spent 4 nights here in Oct. 2016. It was our first visit. First, the big plus is the hotel staff who are all super nice. At check in you are told that no tipping is required or expected, except for the restaurant. The location is 35 minutes outside of Austin, and without a rental car, it is...

I had my bachelorette weekend at Travaasa Austin, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The staff is professional and kind (especially Amy Spencer!), the food was healthy and delicious, I received one of the best massages I've ever had, the pool and cabanas were perfect, and the Nature View room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of...

I spent 4 amazing days at Travaasa Austin. I was looking for a relaxing, but still active break from everyday life. In researching other resorts/retreats, I was really impressed with Travaasa's experiential focus, great range of activities, and low-key attitude. While it's definitely not cheap, I do think it's a great value compared to other options, especially with the aforementioned...

I surprised my wife for our wedding anniversary here this last weekend and we stayed one night. We live about 20 minutes away and had passed the entry many times and I had looked it up and decided we'd try it out. Overall, we had a really great time. The property is beautiful and quiet (we stayed on a Sunday...

Travaasa is a piece of paradise in our own backyard. As a Texas native we did not realize there could be an amazing place like this in our own state. My wife and I decided to share our 10th Anniversary here and we could not be happier. This experience was not one we could ever forget. The staff, activities, scenery,...

My wife and I went for a midweek getaway for one night. We did the all-inclusive thing. The Grounds: Cool xeriscaping. Everything's nice, neat, clean, etc. Food: Surprisingly interesting and tasty. There's a health focus here, so they list the nutritional info by everything on the menu. Much (all?) of it is either grown there or locally sourced. Rooms: Quiet....

We drove in from out of state to stay at this resort for 2 days. The resort is absolutely beautiful and the views are breathtaking. We had a great time at the classes and the staff makes you feel very comfortable (I am somewhat of a shy person and had a blast). Also, the resort feels very private. We went...
