Find Atiyah in the bar! Very friendly and knows her stuff! Hotel is clean and rooms are great! Pool and back patio are great for drinks. Definitely worth the trip. Will be back again soon for another trip!

The staff was great. Our room was terrific. I was very pleased to stay there. We booked at the last minute and although they were having a huge convention, the staff found a quiet room for us as we were in town to attend a funeral.

Best kept secret is the great bar and view from the back deck. Spent some time at a conference and the lobby bar was very well stocked and the staff was excellent with recommendations on food and drink. We had breakfast in the cafe and they were very accommodating on special request and changes, such as low or no carb...

My usual hotel in the area was full so I chose the Renaissance due to the remodeled rooms. It was a good choice. Great hospitality. The valet opened the passenger car door upon every arrival with warm greeting. The front desk displayed every bit of Texas hospitality and arranged a different room to meet my preferences upon check-in despite my...

Very nice upscale hotel with many nearby restaurants and shops. Travelling on company expense but still pricey. Surprising minor room detail missing that even mid-range hotels offer, no USB plug to charge electronics, Fortunate to have converter with me. Very attentive staff and rooms very clean. Many elevator buttons do not illuminate.

I recently stayed here January 20-22 2017 and from the time I checked in through Sunday the staff was so kind and friendly! The two ladies that checked us in on the 20th one was in training and did excellent and the other lady was super sweet & professional! Then whenever we had breakfast the next morning the staff again...

The Renaissance Hotel Austin is very much a good hotel in terms of guest services and quality. However, when it comes to a meeting venue, the word “expensive” is probably too light. I would say they are borderline abusive. A one (1) day meeting for 7 people in a boardroom, with computer projector barely breakfast and a sub-par lunch will...

Sophie and Paul V We are very sorry to hear that the meeting venue did not meet your expectations. We take great pride in our meeting experience and we seem to have fallen short. We want to ensure you that events team has been notified of your concerns. We hope that you will give us another chance in the future!

Stayed for sales meeting. As the rooms and lobby are nice- I didn't love the fact that there was no room service and all king rooms had an interior view. Also the club level lounge was awful! Overall fine for a few days but so far from the heart of Austin. The staff was nice 👍🏼

I was able to book a deal online for a brief stay during the Christmas break. I loved the room. It was nicely designed, clean, and up to date. The staff was very sweet during check-in and checkout. I would like to return the spring in order to enjoy the area better because it seems to have so much to...

This palce is lovely but don't expect a hop to downtown Austin, it's about 20-30 min cab drive away. The hotel itself is very nice, good restaurant/bar, and lovely rooms. It is located in an industrial park area with lost of restaurants and shopping, walking is not really an option so I suggest cabs or renting a car. Also, Uber...
