My wife picked out this beautiful Hotel to stay at when we signed our son up for UT. Not very close to the school, but she was spot on with her choice. Very beautiful lobby, and guest rooms extremely nicely laid out. Beds were by far the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Going back THIS weekend.

This is may favorite hotel in the area. It's close the Dominion, and you can walk to some shops and to am Amy's ice cream shop. Within the hotel is a large atrium and a starbucks for early morning coffee. The rooms are reasonable. Definitely a good hotel for business trips. Tip: - the hotel is not close to down...

Stayed recently for a tradeshow, tried to give them slack, but being Platinum (life) at Marriott I can tell you that the attention to detail was lacking. Had issues with the concierge lounge (cleaned and essentially closed 40 minutes early). The front desk pretended to care when I informed them, another fail if you will. They are now promoting points...

Having been coming here for many years to attend TAB when hosted here. In the past hotel staff seemed distant and unfriendly. Bar area too small in the lobby. Well I am happy to report here, all that is in the past, they are building a larger bar area, all staff I came in contact with was exemplary, all with...

Nice hotel, nicely decorated, and they're doing some work on it as we speak. Staff is very friendly and professional. Nice shopping area - a bit suburbanish, but anything you might need is guaranteed to be close by. EXTREMELY comfortable bed, and I LOVE the rain shower head - the pressure was near perfect for me. Some cons: there's no...

Stayed in Austin at The Renaissance Hotel to celebrate my fiancee's birthday and really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was very friendly. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. It's only 20 minutes from downtown Austin. The Hotel and Arboretum were beautiful and relaxing to explore. Plenty of nearby places to eat and there is a Starbucks right in...

Located a little far from downtown, but lots of options (Arboretum) not only for shopping, dining, but also close to nature and other outdoor activities. Both pools were large, and were not overcrowded.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the past twenty years and have witnessed its slow decay. The facilities are nice and the rooms are spacious but it is obvious that remodeling dollars have gone into aesthetics rather than accomodations. On my most recent stay I found the bed lumpy and uncomfortable. The room was devoid of either...

My wife and I were very happy with our stay. The staff was pleasant and the room was nice and clean. We were also pleased with the location. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Also, the staff advised us of some ongoing construction but we never heard it.

This is an older atrium style hotel that's been redone in a contemporary style. The rooms were comfortable and quiet (we requested a quiet location). The bar and restaurant were still 'under renovation' so they were not very inviting. The staff was fine. Parking during a weekend was easy as they have an open lot and garage (self or valet...
