Due to a mixup in reservations at The Equinox in which the concierge (kudos to him 4 his help) called to find another place for us during the busiest weekend of the leaf season(!) We were able to get a room at Hill Farm Inn (that became available due to a last minute cancelation, God provides!) 20 minutes away in...

I had the good fortune to go back to Hill Farm Inn this year after my original visit in 2011. The entire property has been totally renovated and the guest rooms are exquisite. The room was beautifully appointed with a comfortable bed and subtle colors with a lovely bathroom/shower. The property features an old VT barn full of barnyard pets...

Just spent a few days at the Hill Farm Inn and what a great Inn it is. The building itself is just beautiful - the rooms are so comfortable I stayed in the HoneyBee suite - and the staff and owners are fantastic and it was lovely to spend time with them! There is wifi if you need it, an...

My wife and I stayed here on the way home from a honeymoon trip to Maine. It was the best lodging experience we've ever had. The farm is one of the prettiest and most relaxing places we've ever been. Food and people are tremendous and pub night is a blast. Will definitely be returning.

Oh my goodness, thank you so much! I know it's quite a drive from your home town but do come see us again soon. I'm glad your honeymoon ended on such a good note. Thanks again from all of us at Hill Farm.

The Inn has it all - a beautiful, peaceful setting, knock out decor, yummy breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. I highly recommend this Inn for any trip you might take to Vermont. While close to Manchester, it is tucked away in a lovely valley, far from the hustle and bustle.

Everything is high-quality at the Hill Farm Inn. However the rooms are very small. New York City small. For example our queen room had no chest of drawers. It wouldn't fit in the room! This was OK since we were staying for one night however if we were staying longer it would've become annoying not to be able to unpack...

Thank you for your feedback, it was lovely having you here and we all enjoyed meeting you. I'm sorry we couldn't have shown you a larger room, we did have two large king rooms available in the 1790 House and we would have happily moved you there. I'm glad you enjoyed our Pub night as well, it has gotten quite...

The weekend I spent with my husband and two boys will be a lasting memory for all of us. He had previously visited for a company event and raved about it. The welcoming staff, homemade breakfasts, s'mores at sunset, impeccable decor, cleanliness and location made it apparent that no rock was left unturned when the inn was renovated. The backdrop...

You are so nice! Thank you for taking the time to write such lovely things about the inn. We loved having you and your family (that was one of my favorite weekends yet, having all those kiddos here!) This truly is one of the best places in the area to bring families together. Thanks again and we'll see you soon....

The Inn has about one mile of mowed trail along the bank of the Battenkill River. It is a beautiful walk listening to birdsong filling the air. The Inn allowed the Garden Club of Manchester to walk the trail to search out birds and wildflowers. The members loved the scenery, the river, the birds and wildflowers. The views and farm...

This Inn has been completely redone in rustic farmhouse style and the quality of the finishes are apparent. Down to the last detail there is something to admire, from the lighting fixtures to the custom furniture. Beautifully renovated Inn on a gorgeous property less than 10 minutes from Manchester. We stayed in the main Farmhouse but there are also two other fully renovated buildings on site. All are exquisitely furnished but maintain that farmhouse feel. You can stroll along the Batten Kill River which runs through the property (I'm sure great for fly fishing in season),...
