This place is run by a family (husband and wife), they are very warm and friendly when you arrive. They have a room you can store your luggage in if you arrive early, you will not be able to check in until 3PM. When you check in they provide a warm greeting with tea and small candies. I love how...

We booked this traditional ryokan for 1 night and paid in advance. On arriving at the hotel we were shown a small room upstairs with 2 futons and a small table. We had paid for a room with own balcony, seating and private bathroom. We explained to the owner and his wife who didn't really speak any English but understood about...

We booked a room with its own toilet but shared ofuro. To be honest we were quite disappointed with the accommodation. On the positive side, the location is within a stones throw from Iseshi station and the staffs were friendly and gave us some basic pointers to nearby eateries and major attractions. But on the down side, we had heavy...

The room was very clean and comfortable, with futons and tatami floor. Staff was friendly and helpful giving us tips about places to go. Location is incredibly good, near the station and inner Ise shrine.

Cozy traditional japanese ryokan which just next to Ise shi JR station. Warm and friendly owner. Spacious tatami room with nice Japanese breakfast served in the morning. Recommended ryokan to stay when visiting Ise. They have provide bicycles to use for free to go around ise town.

Family run ryokan with futons, tatami floor and onsen. It's right next to the JR station which makes it very convenient and walking distance from the inner Ise shrine. The breakfast was delicious and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby for food and drinks.

We couldn't find a room at any of the other ryokans, so we booked this. It was great: the staff is so nice and helpful, the rooms are spacious and there's a hot bath. Would definitely recommend Hinode ryokan!

Just next to train station and few minutes walk to shopping area, restaurant and coffee shop. The price range From JPY 14000 to JPY 17000 /per night for 2 peoples. It is good deal for Japanese Ryokan. The semi western room is tidy and clean. Big enough for 2 or 3 peoples. Also, the room has toilet and shower inside....

Very close to the station (1 min. walk) and really nice owners , who welcomed us with gifts and tickets for a museum nearby. The ryokan is like a little maze and by the look of the different doors it seems they renovated only a part of the whole structure. We were lucky to book a wonderful and huge room...

So nice. Right next to Iseshi train station. Very little English spoken, not the super best ofuro, but terrific care put into a relatively modest (not super fancy) traditional place. Very glad I decided to stay here.
