Very good location, close to the seafront and with several facilities nearby (pharmacies, convenience store...).
Very spacious room! 04 elevators that serve the apartments well!
Delicious breakfast with several options (same menu every day).
Very quick check-in and check-out, good service!!
Room cleaning every day with change of towels.
Only the wifi signal is weak and fluctuates a lot!
Would recommend this hotel!
The hotel is a three-star and meets what is expected of it when it is used only for rest.
Room and bathroom with good space. Excellent shower. Comfortable beds. I just found the pillow very low, but that's a personal taste.
Cleaning performed daily and well performed.
My sister used the Wi-Fi and said it wasn't good.
Breakfast items are diverse and delicious and well prepared, however, they are the same every day, which can be a hassle for longer stays.
Check in and check out very quickly.
What bothered me most were the elevators, as they are not intelligent, but during our stay, this modernization was already taking place.
It's a hotel that's worth the cost-benefit.
Large rooms with comfortable beds, efficient and careful service. Towels are loaned from reception to support your tours.
Super kind staff from the first contact, especially Renato who gave us several tips as well as a good chat at the end of the afternoon.
Yucca Restaurant where a delicious breakfast is served, highlighting cakes and regional delicacies. Here I would like to give a special thanks to JĂ´ Roberto who always welcomed us with a smile every morning in addition to his tour tips.
There is free parking according to space availability.
During our stay there were also many events to welcome football players, which was a joy and made for a good corporate stay.
I highly recommend it and I will certainly be back!!!
50 minutes to make the check-in, staff alone at the reception at 14hs (check-in time) on 01/01 that is, with the hotel quite busy.
Internet doesn't work, even though they sell the accommodation saying it includes breakfast and high-speed internet. What they deliver is zero speed, it doesn't work at all!
No cable channels, only open channels, if lucky. They bought a smart TV for the apartments not to use, since it does not connect to the internet.
Lifts tb with problems and when arriving in the apartment a used band-aid quite colorful and striking was on the floor which made me think that the hygiene is also not the best.
I went to make a room service request and to my surprise the kitchen equipment tb are in trouble which limits the choice of dishes only to those who do not need oven, fry. I then chose a burrata and was informed that TB would not be possible because it goes to the oven!
Where is the management team to help the employees and make things work? It is sad to realize that since this is a destination with a flow of visitors all year round there is no effort to make the tourist experience pleasant and ensure that everything is delivered in the best way, after all, we are talking about a network hotel, which should have a standard that is definitely not being followed in this unit.
Large room, good beds and shower.
I had already stayed there about 10 years ago. I noticed that the common areas of the apartments are still from that time but the apartments are renovated.
