Room is spacious, but service was notting special. At the check in I asked for a high floor and they mentioned that it was not possible. A friend of mine made the check in aftler me and he got a high floor without requesting. When I arrived at my room on the first day, it was not cleaned. I t...

I liked very much. Would return to stay at this hotel. However, I find the price of breakfast very expensive. The staff are very polite and attentive. They receive from the post office the orders of my friends who would be staying in another room by the post office and received and stored safely.

The overall experience was good. The room is comfortable, the breakfast is rich and fulfilling, and the reception staff is helpful. It is well located in the Brasilia northern Hotel sector, just facing the Brasilia shopping mall, where you can find many restaurants and useful shops. The hotel can book for you a 3 hours guided tour of the city...

It worsened in recent times...poorly appointed rooms, closets with bad odor... And extortionate amount of breakfast.. I was previously in this hotel several times and was much better ... has declined ..

The hotel amenities are ... acceptable. Not the greatest, but I guess you have what you have: no bath tub, next to impossible to set the water at the right temperature, the fan in the bathroom not working, etc. That was OK. There are, however, two things that set me off at this trip: First, I was there for a...

This hotel really needs to hire some new staff members. I only met one receptionist who was helpful and well informed during my stay and he worked only the night shift! Most of the receptionists I spoke to requesting information were extremely rude and didn't seem to have a clue about things in their own hotel. The cleaning staff and...

Stayed there for a night. Carpet smells of dust, my allergies triggered instantly. Mattress looked like jello. Shower was either scalding or cold. Everything looks outdated, interior decoration, electronics, everything. Restaurant was slow. Would not stay there again but it's the company choice of hotel in the city.

The accommodations are ok. The location so so, but Brasília does not help that much. Bedding ok, bathroom amenities Mercure-standard. The worst and extremely unpleasant is the way you are NOT welcome at the reception. 1- when I arrived, the desk was staffed with two employees who were simply chatting and sorting papers. 2- no greetings, no "good evening" no...

I stayed at the Mercure Eixo while visiting Brasilia for a weekend with my partner. We booked a Superior Room and was fortunately upgraded to a Privilege Room. The Privilege Room was fantastic: renovated, spacious, nicely furnished, well designed, clean, modern, contained a large desk, and fantastic shower. The room contained a mini-fridge but no kettle or coffee maker. WIFI...
