My stay at Melia Brasil 21 in Brasilia was very good, stress-free and left me wanting to repeat it. Starting with the reception, the Guest Relations Office, Yan, provided excellent treatment, was courteous, very nice, easy to speak with, and very professional as well. Also, the Guest Relations Officer, Bruna, was very nice, courteous, extremely friendly and professional. She answered my questions promptly, in a great manner, friendliness and professionalism. The room I stayed in was good, spacious and comfortable, but I found that, although it was very clean, it lacked a discreet perfume in the air, since, although subtle, it smelled of an enclosed space, which those that have sensitive noses like mine will notice. Nothing too uncomfortable, and this is worth mentioning. I really appreciated the waste management policy at Melia Brasil 21, I just think the hotel should make it clearer for guests, because, for a moment, I didn't know that I should ask for a dental kit, extra slippers, etc. I believe that this information should be available both at the time of booking and in the room. When requested, they responded and provided it promptly, and the hotel staff, a nice lady with a beautiful smile, was very courteous and friendly. The breakfast was very good, with several food options for a great breakfast. Something that really caught my attention was the very high proactivity and professionalism of the restaurant staff. Flawless. Finally, I recommend Melia Brasil 21 and hope to stay there again in the near future. Inshallah Congratulations to the management for the EXCELLENT level of their employees/collaborators, especially Guest Relations Officers Mr. Yan and Ms.Bruna.

I stayed at this great hotel for a week. I was able to check in upon arrival at 0630, although it was considered a late arrival for the previous night. The buffet breakfast each day was very good - a wide variety of tastes to satisfy anyone. I used the laundry service once - a little slower than many other hotels in that the clothes were not back the same day, but same day service was available for a premium price. I also used room service for my last night as I had an early start to the airport the next morning; the meal arrived in under 15 minutes, and was very good. The staff speaaks English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese - I had no issues communicating with anyone on the staff. There are two shopping malls and parks close by the hotel, and they have maps and suggestions for running or sightseeing. While Brasilia isn't known for sightseeing, there are sights to see. Unfortunately for me, my work didn't allot time to see the sights. The international airport is about 15 minutes from downtown, and Uber is recommended over taxis for cost. I used a taxi when I arrived and I used Uber for departure, and both were comfortable. The hotel has a fitness center although I didn't use it. The rooms were kept very tidy and neat by the housekeeping staff, and sleeping was very comfortable.

I had stayed at the Melia 21 Brasília for three months (May through August 2022) while working in Brasília. It’s widely known as one of the three nicest hotels in the city. The reason I chose the Melia was because of the great amenities, closeness to malls, restaurants, park, stadium, etc. Also, because they have the largest and nicest gym of all the hotels in the city. This is a full-size commercial gym with most of the equipment you could want.

My stay there was overall very pleasant. The staff there are WONDERFUL! They are very courteous, kind, and helpful. Also many of them speak English, which was extremely helpful for me, since I speak no Portuguese. My stay included access to the Level Lounge which was open Monday through Friday 1800 to 2200 hours for free drinks, meals (mainly soups and hot d’oeuvres). The remainder of the time and on the weekends, the Level was staffed and provided personal concierge service to Level guests. Although, all of the staff seemed great, I had the most interaction with the Level staff. I have to tell you that the Level staff really go out of their way to please and provide help to their guests. I would like to personally thank and commend Gefferson, Thais, and Julia (there is another person who I wish I remembered her name but she was awesome too). They all went above and beyond to provide great personal service.

The only negative I have to say is not about the hotel or staff itself but is about its location, or rather the rooms facing the large city park. Often times they host events there such as bands that can get pretty loud. Also the stadium which is about a mile away can get very loud also to where you can hear the music, noise, or excitement. I took that in stride though, because I often visited the park and enjoyed those same events within walking distance, so I can’t really complain much about that.

In summary, I would highly recommend the Melia 21 in Brasília. There are often leaders and high level diplomats that stay there, so you know it has a good reputation.

I recently stayed in a Level room at the Melia 21 in Brasilia for 3 months. The Level staff, and all Melia 21 staff, were great!
Gefferson’s service in the Level bar was above and beyond any service I have experienced anywhere. He was very attentive and helpful, when we left it t was as though we were saying goodbye to a family member.
Thais and Julia were so very helpful, they assisted us with any requests and were always extremely friendly and helpful.
I would recommend the Melia 21, and specifically the Level to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay while in Brasilia.

Dear Lee, It was a huge pleasure to have you with us at The Level, and we hope the experience proved itself to be all we promised when you first decided to stay with us. We are so glad to know that such long stay was so pleasant and comfortable, and that our briiliant staff was the main selling point of our hotel. We thank you for sharing your positive remarks about Jefferson, as I am sure he will be very please to see how outstanding his service is. The same goes for both Julia and Thais, that helps us create The Level experience. It's a shame that you had to go, but we hope you visit us again soon enough. We will be glad to have you once again. My family and I really enjoyed our experience. Service was a high 10, almost all front desk staff spoke great English, was super helpful and always accommodating to requests. We had breakfast every morning at Level on the 2nd floor. The buffet was plentiful with a nice variety of breads, fruits, juices, eggs, bacon, sweet potatoes, cheeses, meats, and an omelette station. Room service is 24 hours, I recommend the burger or salmon, both were very good. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Agree with Barbara, a little outdated but very clean. There was a seal on the door telling me the room had been sanitised. Friendly team but the location can be difficult. Even the Uber drivers had trouble finding it. Apparently the Brasilia numbering system is very ‘unique’ to say the least.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and it is my first choice in Brasilia!
There are nice restaurants around the hotel e.g. the Fogo de Chao is in a neighboring facility. It´s very close to a mall that contains a good choice of different foods. To get to another area with more restaurants yo preferably use Uber to go to the lake area.
The hotel is connected to a very good gym facility that is free to use for hotel guests!

From the first day I arrived it was terrible. First it took about 20 minutes to get into my room as the key pad was not working. It was hot in the hallways and they took their time to finally get my door open as I was sweating like a pig in the halls. This was early Sunday morning. Then at about 1 PM the Wi/Fi went out. I was working a project and lost connectivity. I called the front desk about 5 times and the answer was, they are working it which was a lie. Nobody was working anything because the Wi/Fi did not come back on until Monday afternoon. I was furious because I did not have all I needed for my business meeting. When I went downstairs to ask if there was a Cyber Cafe nearby the older man at the desk screamed at me, "Do a google search!" I screamed back at him, "who do you think you are screaming at? I am trying to get my work project completed and I need Wi/Fi." He did not say anything and I walked away steaming. How in the hell do you have an attitude like that. I am giving this hotel my business and got one of their employees screaming at me as if I did something wrong. Never again will this hotel get a dollar from me or any of my staff that travels to Brasilia. Management should be ashamed of this staff member.

Special kudos to Thais, Jefferson and Julia at the Levels lounge for making me feel like family while staying at the Melia 21 for two months during the months of December and January. All three went out of their way to extend all amenities and courtesies to me on a daily basis, never failing to bring a smile to my face or share a laugh together. Three truly amazing people!

The hotel has an excellent location, near major shopping malls, food courts and laundry facilities, excellent buffet breakfast with as many choices as anyone could ever ask for. The staff went out of their way to assist with every possible request and called me by name upon every encounter. Lucas was helpful as well as Alexandre at the front desk. Enjoyed the valet car service on a daily basis as well.

The upgraded room was clean and comfortable, daily cleaning service, and a beautiful balcony overlooking the park below. The rooftop pool was heated, clean and comfortable, sauna was out of order for much of my stay but the staff offered use of the sauna at a Melia property next door. The fitness facilities at Evolve were incredible, to have use of a full service commercial gym while enjoying a two month hotel stay really helped with being away from home.

Thanks to the entire staff for an enjoyable stay at the Melia 21!
