I'll keep this short as it doesn't merit extra words. I reserved a Junior Suite. When I arrived it no longer existed. I was instead given a basic room. Not only was the room outdated -- think Brazil à la nineties -- but it was loud as a result of abutting the neighboring room's bathroom. We heard every toilet flush, shower, and anything that fell.on the floor above us. Adding insult to injury, the towels were thin and the room smelled of bleach. Go somewhere else. Suggestion: Radisson Blu or Holiday Inn.

Luis Claudio, the gentleman who works in the lobby, was an incredible host, assisting over 12 members of my family in town for our grandmother’s 100 birthday.
