The hotel is well located, the breakfast and lunch are delicious. However, this time I thought it turned out well. The bathroom was extremely dark, there was no mirror in the room other than the one in the bathroom, there was no socket in the room which made it impossible to iron clothes or even charge the cell phone. The elevator is always a problem and only 2 for many guests. The restaurant is very small for the number of people and it is necessary to wait for a table to become available.
For the daily price, I think there is a lot to improve. And the pet fee is exaggeratedly expensive for what is offered. The pet does not have access to all areas of the hotel and what they provide is a bed, 2 plastic feeders and 2 hygienic mats. I thought it was absurd to pay 70 reais a day for this

Our accommodation was during the holiday period, that is, even during the week there were a lot of guests with children, as the hotel had recreation throughout the day for children in addition to the space with toys, normal and heated swimming pools.
We got a free ticket to the Water Word park, got to know it and enjoyed the tour.
If you want to sleep early and are uncomfortable with external noise, I advise you not to choose rooms with a view of the pool as the room is not soundproofed.
The room is a great size, comfortable, the bathroom is small with a low ceiling and the lighting in both the room and bathroom is poor, very little. There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang wet pool clothes.
Very good breakfast, with plenty of options.
The location is very good as you can walk to many places in the center. There are plenty of places to eat near the hotel.
Parking is outsourced.
For those who have children it is a great option.

It appears that the hotel is undergoing renovations, as it still has rooms with very old but clean bathrooms. Tip: stay in the executive suites. There's a thing here and there to fix, but overall I liked the hotel. The breakfast is plentiful and the laser area is all on the ground floor. The receptionists are great, especially Paulo, very kind and helpful. The worst thing about the hotel are the guests, there are always a lot of people, most of them noisy and uneducated, even listening to music in the corridors. Parking is terrible and expensive, the spaces rotate, they keep the key and move the car around, they scratched mine twice and I'm still trying to resolve it with them. It seems that they choose the best spaces according to the value of the car, with more than 100,000 people, service is a priority. Only one of the valets was friendly, others were ironic. I only found out that parking was not linked to the hotel when checking out.
For those who want hustle and bustle, the hotel is great.

Too bad! We stayed in September/23, the hotel is old and without any maintenance, horrible bathroom with black stains on everything and peeling. Horrible beds and bedding. There is no hairdryer in the bathroom. Poorly lit room and bathroom. What caught my attention the most was the lack of cleanliness. They didn't clean the room and, on the day they went, they didn't change towels, including one that was dripping wet hanging in the shower. The hotel does not have any structure for its full capacity, it cannot accommodate everyone at breakfast (there were no tables), the elevators are not enough and even though it has 9 floors, guests had to go up and down the stairs.
The staff are polite and kind, doing what they can, … Anyway, the only thing that makes up for it is the location, being in the center, because the price is not cheap due to the precariousness of the hotel. We won't be back!

Old and very poorly ⁇ ined hotel. Burned lamp in the hallway and in the bedroom. Fan not working. Drawer without pull. Small and uncomfortable double bed. Bathroom with low lining ceiling (a person of 1.80m needs to descend to wash his head). There's only one outlet in the room. Other guests complained of wrapped towels and other items (bags, taps, remote controls) being broken or missing in the rooms. The location is great and the disposition of the staff is good, but all these problems caused by the lack of maintenance and modernization of the rooms greatly compromise the comfort of the stay.

Strengths:
the location is very good, very central. The wonderful reception team, especially Mara and Kakal. The Hotel has a hydro, hot and cold pools (open, the waterslide was under maintenance), kids area, games room and gym, all working properly. Restaurant with good prices and varied food. Very wide and spacious.
Negative points:
Room could be better presented. You notice that there is a lot of poorly done work, like the bathroom door that doesn't close properly (low ceiling), there is no indication of hot or cold shower. No skirting boards on the wall, showing poor conservation.
The breakfast, despite having varied options, I didn't find it tasty, like others I've been to in MG. Parking is at the Hotel, but you pay 25/day separately and you still have your key to maneuver.

The reception hall cheats a lot, we fell by the pictures. But the rooms are very old and need reforms and modernizations urgently. There is only one elevator to serve all guests and the hotel lives crowded, I think for the good location. The check-in took 40 minutes, even in countries where we don't speak the native language takes all this. Super tight room bathroom, no window for ventilation, with very low pvc lining and a mà lighting. In addition, the water from the bathtub and shower tap has taste, terrible to brush your teeth. Breakfast also left to be desired and in addition you need to schedule to go, it is not free. The room locks are broken, and the fridge is empty. Anyway, I just liked the location.

Too bad! We stayed in July/23, the hotel is old and without any maintenance, rusty windows and doors and a horrible bathroom with black stains all over everything. Damaged bedroom floor (3rd floor) and horrible beds. The double bed is a common size. There is no hairdryer in the bathroom and although they say you can borrow one, we didn't get one from the reception for the 3 days we stayed. The hotel does not have any structure for its full capacity, it cannot accommodate everyone at breakfast (there were no tables), the elevators are not enough and even though it has 9 floors, guests had to go up and down the stairs.
The staff are polite and kind, doing what they can, especially Felipe at the reception who served us quickly and very well... Anyway, the only thing that makes up for it is the location, being in the center, because the price is not cheap due to the precariousness of the hotel. . We won't be back!

The hotel needs urgent renovation, no accommodation conditions. Bad pension coffee
Very good location
Parking is paid the part, even staying in the same building as the hotel, my car stayed elsewhere the last day, I have no idea where, and what they brought was dirty outside.

The hotel is large, so for those who like extra attention, don't expect someone to fawn over you hahaha. The service is great, they are very attentive and kind. Everything we needed was taken care of promptly! We're still here, we're leaving on January 26th. Stay is comfortable, they change towels every day and clean the room if you want.
The internet on the 7th floor is not very good! At least with an agent it didn't work very well!
Ah, unlike other places, this hotel charges a separate parking fee, that is, it is an outsourced service.
It has a good pool, great coffee, and attractions and recreation for those with little ones!
Hotel very well located in the city center and close to everything, pharmacies, shops, ice cream shops, coffee shops, cable car, central square, museums, Fountain of Loves and more.

Boa tarde, eu tinha fechado o valor aqui em São Paulo, não sei o valor que você fechou, normalmente o hotel fecha o valor por pessoa e por casal, com meia pensão ou pensão completa, conversa com o gerente do Hotel.
